Abstract

En un sistema de fluido de alta presión que tiene una válvulanormalmente cerrada que tiene un cuerpo y un asiento de válvula en un conducto de fluido entre un puerto de entrada y un puerto de salida y con un miembro de válvula sobre el asiento de válvula, el puerto de entrada está conectado con la presión del fluido del sistema que está monitoreando, la mejora comprende: Un cilindro conectado en dicho cuerpo de válvula para formar una cámara axialmente opuesta al puerto de entrada; medios de impulso en la cámara que normalmente mantienen el miembro de válvula asentada en el asiento de válvula; medios de control de presión que incluye unos primeros medios de válvula solenoidal conectados con la cámara opuesta al asiento de válvula y presionizandola para normalmente orientar los medios de impulso hacia el asiento de válvula; medios sensibles a la presión del fluido conectados con la presión del fluido en el puerto de entrada y sensible a ésta para generar una señal en respuesta a un valor de la presión del fluido arriba de un valor predeterminado; y, medios de procesamiento y temporización de la señal sensible con una fuente de energía eléctrica y con dicha primer válvula para desplazar ésta y dejar que escape fluido de la cámara opuesta al puerto de entrada por un intervalo de tiempo predeterminado, en donde la reducción de presión del fluido en la cámara permite que la presión del fluido en el puerto de entrada desplaza el miembro de válvula del asiento.
