Abstract

The present invention relates to a mortar for non-structural elements whose composition comprises the following raw materials in the following proportions per m3 in p/v: 50% natural fine aggregates (AFN); 50% Recycled Fine Aggregate (RFA); a binder made up of 50% of a high early strength material and 50% of a supplementary binder, 0.5% to 1.5% of synthetic fibers with a particle size of 0.149 mm to 2.36 mm; a superplasticizer additive in a proportion of 0.5% to 1.5% of the weight of the cement and water added in a water/cement ratio of 0.5 to 0.6. The invention also reveals a process for the preparation of said mortar. The obtained mortar can have compressive strength ranging from 19 to 37 MPa, higher than the minimum acceptable for this type of material, it is also eco-friendly since it allows the use of raw materials from waste from the construction industry.
