Abstract
La presente invención tiene por objeto proporcionar un aditivo enzimático y microbiano para el tratamiento, conservación y aprovechamiento del mucílago, en donde el aditivo es un aditivo enzimático y microbiano para la activación de prebióticos y probióticos del mucílago que potencia la fermentación y conservación del mucílago en estado sólido.
