Abstract
RESUMEN Un decodificador de video puede determinar, en función de elementos de sintaxis en un flujo de bits que comprende una representación codificada de los datos de video, muestras cuantificadas residuales de un bloque de los datos de video. Además, el decodificador de video puede determinar valores residuales cuantificados basados en las muestras cuantificadas residuales. Después de determinar los valores residuales cuantificados, el decodificador de video puede cuantificar inversamente los valores residuales cuantificados. El decodificador de video puede generar valores predichos al realizar una intrapredicción para el bloque con el uso de muestras sin filtrar de muestras de límite de bloque superior o izquierdo.
