RESUMEN La presente invención se refiere a un artículo de higiene desechable (1) que incluye líneas de compresión, primera y segunda, en la región delantera del artículo. El artículo tiene un núcleo con una primera área (12) que tiene su ancho más estrecho (M) en la dirección transversal (x) en una porción frontal (2) o en una ubicación de una transición (5) entre la porción frontal (2) y una porción de entrepierna (3) del artículo. El núcleo absorbente (6) en la porción de entrepierna (3) incluye las líneas de compresión, primera y segunda, que se separan entre sí en su punto más cercano por una distancia mínima D1, medida en la dirección transversal.
