Abstract
Una composición antiadherente y protectora de superficies que contiene en su formulación materias primas grado alimenticio, por lo que puede ser utilizado en superficies y partes de maquinaria que están en contacto directo o indirecto con alimentos y fármacos, sin afectar la seguridad de estos. Esta composición comprende entre 5% y 50% de una fase oleosa y entre un 50% y 95% de una fase acuosa.
