Abstract

El dispositivo por cavitación para tratamiento de medios líquidos contiene una carcasa con una cámara de trabajo y boquillas para suministrar y descargar líquido desde la cámara, un eje de accionamiento ubicado en la cámara y un rotor montado en él, hecho en forma de disco. En el dispositivo indicado, en el disco del rotor cerca del eje, hay orificios que se hacen con una sección transversal total no menor que el área de la sección transversal de la boquilla de entrada; los cavitadores móviles y fijos se hacen en forma de paralelepípedo y se disponen en filas concéntricas, cuyo número es al menos tres, mientras que la distancia entre los cavitadores de una fila concéntrica es al menos 5 veces menor que la longitud del cavitador. In the indicated device, in the rotor disc near the axis, there are holes that are made with a total cross-section not less than the cross-sectional area of the inlet nozzle; mobile and fixed diggers are made in the shape of a parallelepiped and are arranged in concentric rows, the number of which is at least three, while the distance between the diggers of a concentric row is at least 5 times less than the length of the digger. The technical result is the elimination of axial load on the suspension when working with excessive fluid pressure at the inlet, which simplifies the design of the chamber and suspension of the bearing assembly, reduces weight, increases the reliability of the device by cavitation and improves the quality and integrity of liquid media processing.
