Abstract

En la presente descripción se describen mejoras en los procesos y equipos para la fabricación de tramas no tejidas compuestas que comprenden una mezcla de dos o más fibras diferentes y formadas a partir de al menos dos corrientes de fibras arrastradas por aire. Adyacente al perímetro de un puerto de salida de una de las corrientes de fibra se encuentra una serie de lengüetas y aberturas separadas. Cuando una primera corriente de fibras arrastradas por aire pasa la serie de lengüetas y aberturas, se forman vórtices en la misma. Cuando se mezcla con una segunda corriente de fibras arrastradas por aire, los vórtices dentro de la primera corriente de fibras provocan una mayor mezcla de las fibras, ayudando a conducir las primeras fibras más profundo en la segunda corriente de fibras arrastradas por aire.
