Abstract

Un sistema de iluminación remota para un casco de seguridad operable con un sistema de iluminación del vehículo. El sistema incluye una porción del vehículo y una porción del casco que comprende una luz de freno del casco; un microcontrolador en comunicación con la luz de freno; y un transceptor del casco en comunicación con el microcontrolador. La porción del vehículo incluye un transceptor del vehículo en comunicación inalámbrica con el transceptor del casco; una compuerta en comunicación con el transceptor del vehículo, y en una condición operable, cuando se recibe una señal del transceptor del vehículo, para conectar eléctricamente la batería a la luz de freno del sistema de iluminación del vehículo; y un acelerómetro en comunicación con el transceptor del vehículo, y operable para enviar una señal indicativa de la aceleración del vehículo al transceptor del vehículo. Cuando se excede un nivel umbral de desaceleración, el microcontrolador envía una señal a los transceptores y a la compuerta, lo que hace que una luz de freno del sistema de iluminación del vehículo se ilumine.
