Abstract

La invención proporciona un método y un kit para combinar inactivación y captura/purificación víricas de una alimentación que contiene una proteína de interés. El método comprende las etapas de: poner en contacto una alimentación que comprende una proteína de interés con partículas o medios cargados negativamente, acondicionar las partículas o los medios de manera que el pH sea ácido, inactivando así el virus, y eluir dicha proteína de interés.
