Abstract

RESUMEN DE LA INVENCIÓN Un producto absorbente que comprende una lámina superior permeable a líquidos (7), una lámina posterior impermeable a líquidos (8) y un núcleo absorbente (11) cercado entre la lámina superior (7) y la lámina posterior (8), comprendiendo tal núcleo absorbente (11) un estrato fibroso absorbente (9), un estrato de entrada de líquidos (1), y un estrato portador (10), en el cual se coloca una región transversalmente central (4) en el estrato de entrada de líquidos (1), extendiéndose tal región (4) a lo largo de todo el tramo longitudinal (L1) del núcleo absorbente (11), y comprendiendo una pluralidad de hendiduras (2) colocadas en un patrón, en donde las hendiduras (2) se encuentran en la forma de aberturas de hendidura dilatada (3a) en una parte de tal región central (4), la cual está comprendida en una porción intermedia (16) del núcleo absorbente, y las hendiduras (2) se encuentran en la forma de hendiduras no dilatadas (3b) en partes de tal región central (4), las cuales están comprendidas en una o ambas de las porciones, frontal y posterior (15, 17) del núcleo absorbente; y un método de manufactura de un producto absorbente (100), que comprende las etapas de: cortar (130) hendiduras (2) en una región central (4) de una trama continua de material de entrada de líquidos (10) y extender (131) la trama de manera transversal en la dirección de máquina transversal, mediante lo cual las hendiduras (2) se dilatan hasta aberturas (3a); aplicar adhesivo (132) a una trama continua de material portador (110); combinar (133) la trama continua de material de estrato de entrada de líquidos (101) y cortar (134) componentes de estrato de entrada (126) de la trama combinada (125); proporcionar (135) componentes absorbentes (122); cercar (136) el componente de estrato de entrada (126) y el componente absorbente (122) entre tramas continuas de material de lámina superior (107) y material de lámina posterior (108); unir (137) al menos el material de lámina superior (107) y el material de lámina posterior (108) a lo largo de los bordes externos del producto absorbente; cortar (138) el material combinado en una forma deseada, obteniendo así el producto absorbente (100).
