Abstract
Invención que contempla un semáforo universal que se puede instalar de manera permanente en cualquier lugar sin importar las características y medidas de sitio de instalación, la NO disponibilidad de energía eléctrica convencional y la NO disponibilidad de maquinaria especializada con canasta para alturas y sin cerrar vías ni afectar el tránsito para instalación o reparaciones posteriores además de indicadores automáticos y remotos de correcta instalación y mantenimiento notificados mediante IoT. El brazo de semáforo puede ser desmontado o elevado en pocos segundos sea para reparación, la instalación inicial o mantenimiento sin que requiera trabajar en alturas sobre la vía.
