Abstract
Se describe un Alimentador de bolsa de Aire Caliente. El Alimentador de bolsa de Aire Caliente permite la alimentación continua de plástico sólido triturado en un tubo del reactor rodeado de cajas de quemadores de concha. En el interior del tubo del reactor, dos sinfines, uno con vuelo a la derecha y otro con vuelo a la izquierda, están soldados a barrenas lisas para crear dos sinfines continuos que empujan material plástico sólido, material plástico líquido y material plástico fundido a través de dos agujeros pequeños. Como el plástico está en su estado fundido mientras es forzado a través de los dos pequeños orificios, se forma una bolsa de aire que impide que el aire ingrese al sistema. A medida que el plástico triturado y sólido se introduce en el sistema, se forma una bolsa de aire que permite la alimentación continua del sistema. Las cajas del quemador de concha permiten el calor de convección y el calor radiante, permitiendo un calor uniforme y continuo.
