Abstract
La solicitud se refiere a un sistema y proceso para realizar separación de dos tipos de condensados (con alto o bajos contenidos de aceite) en la industria de aceite de palma durante la evacuación de la autoclave, instalando una derivación a la tubería utilizada para la evacuación de condensados, la cual lleva una válvula que se abre en los momentos del ciclo de esterilización donde la presión es constante y los contenidos de aceite en los condensados son más altos. Posteriormente, los condensados son llevados a una cámara de expansión o ciclón para realizar una despresurización de los mismos y eliminar el vapor de agua que posea la mezcla de condensados. Finalmente, por la salida superior de la cámara de expansión o del ciclón se envía el vapor a la chimenea de descarga de vapor usada por las autoclaves o se descarga directamente a la atmosfera, y por la salida inferior de la cámara de expansión o del ciclón, se transportan los condensados ricos en aceite a un tanque pulmón para posteriormente ser bombeado al tamiz vibratorio (que recibe el licor de prensa de aceite rojo para ser tratados en el proceso de clarificación), o puede ser enviado a las deslodadoras, según las disposiciones de cada planta.The application refers to a system and process for separating two types of condensates (with high or low oil content) in the palm oil industry during the evacuation of the autoclave, installing a branch to the pipe used for the evacuation of condensates, which has a valve that opens at the moments of the sterilization cycle where the pressure is constant and the oil contents in the condensates are higher.
