Abstract

RESUMEN Existen diversas máquinas automáticas que interactúan con usuarios realizando diferentes funcionalidades, por mencionar algunas de manera enunciativa más no limitativa: de estacionamientos, de recarga y venta de tarjetas para transporte público, de tipo vending para compra de artículos de consumo, cajeros automáticos bancarios, dispensadores de café, etc. La interfaz de estas máquinas con los usuarios es por medio del despliegue de información en una pantalla, mediante información en las etiquetas y/o pequeñas señales luminosas como pueden ser botones iluminados y/o luces indicadoras instaladas en las partes visibles del gabinete. Derivado de la información de los errores que comete el usuario en el uso de las máquinas actuales, se inventaron estas etiquetas luminosas que controlan las zonas independientemente unas de otras, en la misma pantalla interactuando con una unidad de procesamiento lógico.ABSTRACT There are several automatic machines that interact with users performing different functionalities, to name a few but not limited to: parking, recharging and selling cards for public transport, vending type to purchase consumer items, bank ATMs, coffee dispensers, etc. The interface of these machines with the users is through the display of information on a screen, through information on the labels and / or small light signals such as illuminated buttons and / or indicator lights installed in the visible parts of the cabinet.
