Abstract
La presente invención pertenece al campo farmacéutico; revela una cápsula dura para administración oral con propiedades ácido-resistentes, compuesta por un polímero principal de celulosa o gelatina, dispersantes y plastificantes, y por una mezcla de agentes gelificantes en proporciones mínimas, apta para transportar productos farmacéuticos, veterinarios, nutracéuticos y suplementos dietarios. El polímero principal se selecciona del grupo de las celulosas, preferiblemente hipromelosa, carboximetilcelulosa, o del grupo de las gelatinas, preferiblemente de carnaza mientras que la mezcla de agentes gelificantes puede comprender gomas del tipo gellana, guar, tragacanto, carrageninas, agar, alginato y peptina, con preferencia por una combinación de goma gellana y kappa carragenina. Adicionalmente, la cápsula puede comprender colorantes, edulcorantes y saborizantes. En su realización preferida, la cápsula dura está basada en un polímero de celulosa del tipo hipromelosa, en un rango comprendido entre 80% y 95 VD, un agente dispersante en un rango comprendido entre el 0.05 % y 2%, un plastificante en un rango comprendido entre el 1% y 5%, y una mezcla de agentes gelificantes en un rango comprendido entre el 004% y 3.5 %.The present invention belongs to the pharmaceutical field; It reveals a hard capsule for oral administration with acid-resistant properties, composed of a main cellulose or gelatin polymer, dispersants and plasticizers, and a mixture of gelling agents in minimum proportions, suitable for transporting pharmaceutical, veterinary, nutraceutical and dietary supplements . Additionally, the capsule may comprise colorants, sweeteners and flavorings.
