Abstract

Una composición y método para controlar hidrocarburos pesados en ambientes de recinto de pozo y con equipo asociado utilizado en operaciones de pozos de petróleo y gas. La composición y método comprende un éter y opcionalmente un éster, un alcohol alcoxiado o un codisolvente de hidrocarburo. Las composiciones y métodos son útiles en controlar hidrocarburos pesados tal como parafinas y asfaltenos al disolver las parafinas, suspender las parafinas y asfaltenos y disolver petróleos pesados, ambos en recinto de pozo y con el equipo asociado.
