本实用新型是提供一种带放大镜焊接面罩，它是在面置上由滤光片和保护片组成的护目镜中加入一个放大镜机构，可使焊工在施焊过程中清楚地看到弧柱和熔池中的各种变化，可及时有效地发现并排除各种焊接缺陷，提高焊接质量和工作效率，减轻焊工眼睛疲劳，同时还可使焊接面罩兼作焊缝外观检验镜使用。
Description
本实用新型是一种带放大镜焊接面罩。
目前公知的各种焊接面罩上均装有一个护目镜系统，该系统采用有色平版玻璃作滤光片，用透明平版玻璃作保护片。焊接时焊工戴上面罩后凭眼睛观察焊接情况，焊后另借用放大镜作焊缝外观检验或其它无损探伤等检验。由于焊接过程是一种复杂的微冶金过程。凭肉眼直视难以看清焊接弧柱与熔池中各种细微的变化，难以在焊接过程中及时有效地发现并排除各种焊接缺陷。以致难以有效的控制和提高焊接质量。
本实用新型是提供一种带放大镜焊接面罩，可使焊工在焊接过程中更清楚地看到弧柱和熔池中的各种细小变化，可及时有效地发现并排除焊接过程中的各种缺陷。可提高焊接质量和工作效率，并可减轻焊工眼睛的疲劳。
本实用新型提供的新功能在装有活动滤光片或可调节遮光深度的焊接面罩上采用后，可使焊接面罩兼作焊缝外观质量检验放大镜使用。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在焊接面罩上由滤光片和保护片组成的护目镜中加入至少一片或左右对称规格相同的一对放大镜片。也可将其中一保护片改用放大镜片来代替。由于放大镜片能将物象放大。所以采用本实用新型后，焊工通过面罩可看见一个放大的工作图象即焊缝中各种细小的变化。
根据本实用新型提出的带放大镜焊接面罩，其具体结构可由下述实施例及附图绘出：

其主要结构包括：面罩（1）上装有护目镜框（2），保护片（3）滤光片（4）放大镜片（5）依次放在护目镜框（2）中，手柄（6）装在面罩（1）下端，焊工在施焊时，强烈弧光通过滤光片滤除了其中有害的紫外线和红外线，并减弱了可见光后，再通过放大镜进行图像放大，焊工就可以清晰地看到施焊情形和焊缝情况。放大镜片（5）的放大倍数可由焊接要求选用。一般在4倍以内。

1、一种带放大镜焊接面罩，其主要特征是：在焊接面罩上由滤光片和护片组成的护目镜装置中增加一片或左右对称规格相同的一对放大镜片。它的放大倍数在4倍以内。
2、根据权利要求1所述：其特征是用放大镜片代替其中保护片。
