Abstract

本实用新型是适用于建筑行业，特别适用于混凝土地坪、大理石、花岗岩磨光的金刚石磨条可拆卸的磨盘。它由盘基、金刚石磨条组成。金刚石磨条是通过预埋烧结在金刚石磨条上的螺栓将其固定在盘基上，从而可方便地拆换金刚石磨条，保持较高的硬度和耐磨性，使磨盘的使用寿命延长，成本降低、节省了电力、效益提高。

Description

本实用新型是适用于建筑行业，特别适用于混凝土地坪、大理石、花岗岩磨光的金刚石磨条可拆卸的磨盘。
目前使用的人造金刚石水磨石机的磨盘，磨盘上的人造金刚石磨条多是用特种焊剂高温焊在盘基上，经高温焊接后，人造金刚石磨条硬度下降，耐磨性变差，寿命缩短，磨损后且不能更换，也浪费了原材料。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种金刚石磨条可拆卸的磨盘，使其具有较高的硬度和耐磨性，又具有一定切削、磨削能力，磨条拆换方便的磨盘。

结合附图对本实用新型给以详细描述。
如图1所示的本实用新型－－金刚石磨条可拆卸的磨盘，由盘基（1），金刚石磨条（2）组成，金刚石磨条（2）是通过联接件固定在盘基（1）上。又如图2所示，每个金刚石磨条（2）上，至少予埋两个螺栓（3），经烧结使螺栓（3）和金刚石磨条（2）成为一体，然后将螺栓（3）装入盘基（1）上的安装孔（4）中，再把垫片（5），弹簧垫（6），螺母（7）套在螺栓（3）上扭紧，即可使金刚石磨条（2）和盘基（1）紧固一体，当金刚石磨条（2）磨损到不能使用时，不需再换磨盘，只要松开螺母（7）去掉金刚石磨条（2），再换新的即可。
本实用新型的优点在于，磨盘上的金刚石磨条固定由高温焊接改用予埋螺栓与螺母固定，使切削磨削能力增强，保持较高的硬度和耐磨性，使磨盘的使用寿命延长，能方便的更换金刚石磨条，同时节省了电力，也降低了成本，提高了经济效益。

1、一种适用于建筑行业，特别适用于混凝土地坪、大理石、花岗岩磨光的金刚石磨条可拆卸的磨盘，由盘基(1)，金刚石磨件(2)组成，其特征在于，金刚石磨条(2)是通过联接件固定在盘基(1)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金刚石磨条可拆卸的磨盘，其特征在于所述的联接件，是予埋在金刚石磨条（2）上的螺栓（3）和螺母（7）使金刚石磨条（2）与盘基（1）紧固在一起，每个金刚石磨条（2）上的予埋螺栓（3）数至少有两个。
