一种放置于人体子宫内的活性节育环，由柔性环形胎芯、柔性芯杆和封闭弹簧环构成，在柔性芯杆上缠绕有200mm2的子铜丝T2，其优点在于妇女带环妊娠率有显著下降，同时还具有放取方便，副作用小，脱落率低，便于透视等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及人体子宫内避孕器具中的一种节育环。
子宫内节育器作为放入人体中的异物，通过局部效应发挥其避孕作用。目前最常用的是不锈钢丝卷成的弹簧软环。这种环以环形塑料胎芯为支架，胎芯上缠绕有不锈钢丝。这种金属塑料环与没有塑料胎芯的不锈钢节育环相比，脱落率大大降低，移位的可能性也有所减少，从而降低了妊娠率，提高了继续存放率。但金属塑料环属于惰性节育器，年每百妇女的妊娠率为4.5％。T形节育器，属于活性节育器，但放置时需要扩张子宫；子宫出血量大；容易发生子宫穿孔的情况；节育器上系有尼龙尾丝，会给人体带来不适的感觉。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种改进型活性节育环，它不仅具有金属塑料环放取方便、付作用小、便于透视的优点，而且明显地降低了妊娠率。
本实用新型是这样实现的，在原有的金属塑料环基础上，在环形塑料胎芯沿直径方向联接一段柔性芯杆，柔性芯杆的末端悬空。柔性芯杆上密绕着金属丝，金属丝的表面积总和大于200mm2。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做详细描述。
附图1金属塑料环示意图。附图2是本实用新型的一个实施例。柔性环形胎芯（1）与柔性芯杆（2）采用软质塑料一次注塑成型。在环形胎芯（1）上环绕有以不锈钢丝做的封闭弹簧环（3），在柔性芯杆（2）上密绕紫铜丝T2（4）。紫铜丝T2表面积总和为250mm2。封闭弹簧环（3）的直径为2.2mm。柔性芯杆（2）的长度为16mm。
本实用新型与已有技术相比，带环妊娠率有显著下降，在近一年的临床试用中，数百人中至今还未发现有带环妊娠病例发生。充分体现了放置活性节育环的优越性。同时它还具有放取方便，付作用小，脱落率低、便于透视等优点。
Claims (2)
1、一种放置于人体子宫内的节育环，它是由柔性环形胎芯(1)和封闭弹簧环(3)组成，其特征在于柔性形胎芯(1)沿直径方向联接一段与柔性环形胎芯(1)不相连的柔性芯杆(2)，柔性芯杆(2)上密绕着金属丝(4)。
2、按权利要求1所说的节育环，其特征在于金属丝（4）为紫铜丝T2，缠绕在柔性芯杆（2）上的铜丝表面积大于200mm2。
