引线器,属于建筑工具类。是用于建筑电气穿线的工具,采用塑料或钢丝作引线,采用探头和导向弹簧作导向,使引线能在各种角度的暗管中穿行,从而能将用电导线迅速、顺利的置于暗管中。

Description

本实用新型属于建筑工具类,是用于建筑电气穿线的装置。
目前向建筑上预埋塑料管中穿线都采用铁丝做为引线器。这种引线器有重量大、重复使用率低、使用不方便等缺点,特别是对于内壁不光滑的预埋塑料管或预埋塑料管弯曲和很长时,阻力大,弹性差,使引线困难,工作效率低。
本实用新型的引线器目的是设计一种结构简单、成本低,使用方便、阻力小,弹性好、转弯灵活的引线器,结合附图说明如下:
见图1、引线器由探头1、导向弹簧2、联接套3、引线4、牵引环5组成。
导向弹簧的两端分别与探头和联接套相联,联接套的另一端与引线相联,引线的末端与牵引环相联。
使用时,先将探头插入预埋塑料管的一端,再将导向弹簧联接套,引线逐渐插入到埋塑料管中,当探头由预埋塑料管的另一端露出时,将导线连接在牵引环上拉入到预埋的塑料管中。引线短者只有几米,长者可达几十米。
由于采用探头和导向弹簧作导向,采用塑料或钢丝作引线,使引线器能适应各种角度的暗管,並在其中穿行,将用电导线迅速、顺利的拉入暗管中。用钢丝作引线时,可在钢丝外圆上套一塑料管或在钢丝外圆上压注一层塑料膜。

1、一种用于建筑电气穿线的引线器,其特征是:
a.由探头、导向弹簧、联接套、引线及牵引环构成的。
b.导向弹簧的两端分别与探头和联接套相联,联接套的另一端与引线相联,引线的末端与牵引环相联。
2、如权利要求1所述的引线器,其特征是:
引线是由塑料材料或钢丝制作的。
3、如权利要求2所述的引线器,其特征是:
用钢丝作引线时,在钢丝外圆周上压注一层塑料膜。
