Abstract
一种口腔矫形用的医疗器械——牙体片切保护器，由连为一体的保护罩和套管两部分组成。保护罩为带缺口的圆盘，四周有突起的保护沿，底盘中央有孔。套管中空并与保护罩底盘中央孔相通，下沿有缺口。该牙体片切保护器可根据保护罩底盘直径不同制成多种型号。临床行牙体片切时，利用该保护器可保护颊粘膜和舌体免受砂轮划伤，减少病人痛苦，也使操作更为方便。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械。
牙体片切是口腔矫形常用的技术，系用一种特制的园形薄砂轮片切磨受术牙体的齿面。以往行牙体片切时是用口腔镊子或口镜将相临的颊内侧粘膜和舌体推开以保护颊粘膜和舌体。这样做一是增加了施术时的操作困难，二是稍有不慎便可能造成颊粘膜和舌体被砂轮划伤，给病人带来不应有的痛苦。现有技术中尚未发现用于牙体片切的保护装置。
本实用新型正是为克服上述困难而设计的一种用于牙体片切时保护颊粘膜和舌体的装置。
牙体片切保护器用不锈钢或其他耐高温高压消毒的硬质材料制成，分为保护罩［1］和套管［2］两部分。保护罩为带缺口［3］的园盘，四周有突起的保护沿［4］，底盘中央有孔［5］。保护罩与套管为一体，套管中空并与保护罩底盘中央孔相通，下沿有缺口［6］。牙体片切保护器可根据保护罩底盘直径不同制成多种型号。
附图提供了一种实施例（图一为立体示意图，图二为剖视图）。保护罩底盘外沿直径为2.15cm，保护沿高0.2cm。保护罩底盘缺口为方形，宽1.35cm，底边距底盘中心距离0.42cm。底盘中央孔上缘直径大于下缘直径，上缘直径为0.65cm，下缘直径为0.3cm。与缺口相对的另一侧保护沿上有三个小缺口［7］，可用以注水冷却。套管长4.32cm，下部外沿直径为1.1cm，内沿直径0.95cm。套管下沿缺口呈“T”形，用以卡入牙钻柄上的销子。

Claims (6)
1、一种牙体片切保护器，其特征在于：所说的牙体片切保护器由连为一体的保护罩[1]和套管[2]组成，保护罩为带缺口[3]的园盘，四周有突起的保护沿[4]，底盘中央有孔[5]，套管中空并与保护罩底盘中央孔相通，下沿有缺口[6]。
2、根据权利要求1所说的牙体片切保护器，其特征在于：所说的保护罩底盘缺口［3］可以是方形或“U”形。
3、根据权利要求1所说的牙体片切保护器，其特征在于：所说的底盘中央孔［5］上缘直径可大于下缘直径。
4、根据权利要求1所说的牙体片切保护器，其特征在于：所说的保护罩与缺口相对的另一侧保护沿上可有小缺口［7］，用以注水冷却。
5、根据权利要求1所说的牙体片切保护器，其特征在于：所说的套管下沿缺口［6］可为“T”形或“『”形，用以卡入牙钻柄上的销子。
6、根据权利要求1所说的牙体片切保护器，其特征在于：所说的牙体片切保护器可根据保护罩底盘直径不同制成多种型号。
