Abstract

由B超胃肠造影剂制造工艺制得的造影剂,填补了B超对胃肠道病变检查的空白。
本工艺过程是:将挑选合格的海螵蛸,经洗刷、浸漂、干燥、除硬膜、粉碎、过筛、消毒、制得的海螵蛸细粉80%与20%研细的100目白芨细粉混合均匀分装交囊,即制得所需要的造影剂。经过四年对一千多病例的临床实验,超声符合率可达96.2~98.6%。

Description

本工艺制得的造影剂命名为ST-1胃肠造影剂,即B超胃肠造影剂。
本工艺还适用于某种治疗伤口溃烂及止血药物的制备。
现检索出在《中西医结合杂志》第四期第三卷248~250页上刊登的题目为“中医理论的X线诊断学研究”一文经与本发明仔细对照,发现该文与本发明不属同一类别,也就是说,国内外还设有与本发明相近似的研究。由于胃内粘液、声阻抗等因素的干扰,又设有找到适用的B超胃肠造影剂的制造工艺,所以B超尚不能检查胃肠道的病变。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种造影剂的制造工艺,所制得的造影剂填补了B超对胃肠道病变检查的空白。
本工艺及实施例如下:
挑选→洗刷→浸漂→干燥→除硬膜→粗碎→细碎→干燥→过筛→消毒→装胶囊,
1、挑选:从海螵蛸中精选出长9Cm以上、宽5Cm以上、厚1.5Cm以上,色白,完整者。
2、洗刷:用清水软刷将挑选出的海螵蛸洗刷干净。
3、浸漂:将洗刷净的海螵蛸用清水浸漂在池中2~3日,上用重物压住勿令浮起,每日换水1~2次,漂至无咸味及腥臭气为度。
4、干燥:将浸漂好的海螵蛸用日光晒干或用低温干燥法干燥(不超过50℃),或用真空干燥法干燥使海螵蛸内部水气蒸发。
5、除硬膜:将干燥好的海螵蛸两个表面的硬脆角质、半透明的皮膜用手工或机械方法除去。
6、粗碎:将除去硬膜的海螵蛸粉碎为粗粉。
7、细碎:将海螵蛸粗粉再加工为细粉。
8、干燥:为了方便过筛,细碎后的海螵蛸细粉,再干燥一次,为低温干燥(不超过50℃)使细粉充分干燥。
9、过筛:将干燥后的细粉过100目筛。
10、消毒:将过筛后的细粉置硫化罐内经SO2气体消毒,再摊放置紫外线灯下照射15分钟。海螵蛸细粉的化学成分为:碳酸钙在80%以上,胶质、有机质在10%以上。
11、装胶囊:将80%的海螵蛸细粉与起胶质作用的20%的100目白芨细粉,混合均匀,分装胶囊。即制得B超胃肠造影剂。
其造影原理如下:造影剂中的碳酸钙中和胃酸后产生CO2气泡,饮水500~1000毫升后呈“雪花状”浮游现象,由于造影剂中的胶质物质对溃疡、癌肿粘膜表面上能逐渐积聚、融合成索块或光团图象,形成明显的界面,由于造影剂能使胃腔充盈造成胃壁粘膜在声阻抗方面的差异,从而显示胃形态、位置、胃腔大小,胃壁厚度,排空时间及胃病变所在情况;能显示胃肠功能紊乱;显示小肠、盲肠、结肠各部位的病变。
用本工艺试制成的B超胃肠造影剂,从1983年至1987年6月止,共做了1323例病例,对胃炎、胃窦炎、慢性线表性胃炎、胃下垂、胃癌及胃肠道肿瘤进行诊断,并与X线、胃镜、病理活检、手术对照,超声符合率可达96.2~98.6%。

Claims (6)

1、B超胃肠造影剂的制造工艺,由挑选,洗刷,干燥,粉碎,制剂构成,其特征在于,洗刷后,要经过浸漂,干燥后经过除硬膜,粉碎后经过过筛,消毒等工艺过程。
2、按权利要求1所说的制造工艺,其特征在于,挑选过程是精选出长9Cm以上,宽5Cm以上,厚1.5Cm以上,色白,完整的海螵蛸。
3、按权利要求1所说的制造工艺,其特征在于,将洗刷净的海螵蛸用清水浸漂在池中2~3日,上用重物压住勿令浮起,每日换水1~2次,漂至无咸味及腥臭气为度。
4、按权利要求1所说的制造工艺,其特征在于,除硬膜是用手工或机械方法除去海螵蛸的硬脆角质、半透明的皮膜。
5、按权利要求1所说的制造工艺,其特征在于,过筛是将海螵蛸粉过100目筛,得到细粉。
6、按权利要求1所说的制造工艺,其特征在于,消毒是将过筛后的细粉置硫化罐内经SO2气体消毒,再摊放置紫外线灯下照射15分钟。
