Abstract

本实用新型是利用自然流水来做功，而无需筑坝的水轮机。其特征是：两个平面皮带轮轴分别装在一截面为半圆形的长槽体的两头槽面上，绕在两个皮带轮上的皮带其外圈面上缝制有水袋，当皮带进入槽内后，袋口是朝向流水的，流水冲击水袋，驱使皮带回转，达到做功目的。

Description

本实用新型是一种水力机，直接利用河水做功的一种装置。
为利用河水做功，至今主要仍是以拦水筑坝，增加水流落差的办法，对于许多微小水流以及落差较小的自然流水却难于利用。虽然一种公知的水轮泵在工作时也无需筑坝，但它对流水的利用率较低，对于水流的流速要求较高。
本实用新型是提供一种利用小河、小溪及河流急水滩的自然流水来做功而无需筑坝的一种装置。
其解决方案是：在一个截面形状为半圆形的长槽体两头槽面上各装一平面皮带轮轴，绕在二皮带轮上的皮带的外圈面上排满了装水的水袋，流水进入槽内后，水袋即装满水，拖动皮带作迴转运动，达到做功目的。
本实用新型因为结构简单，便于制造、维修，特别是使用时不需要筑坝，所以使用方便，如果用来发电，它将适合农村照明、炊事之用，同时也可做其他动力之用。

图1描述了袋轮水轮机，它有一截面为半圆形的长形槽体（5），和装在其两端槽面上的主动皮带轮（1）以及从动皮带轮（4），用数层布料制做的皮带（2）的外圈面上依次排满了水袋（3），水袋在槽内时，水袋口是朝向水流（6）的。
图2：从左视图中可以看出，水袋（3）的截面形状亦成半圆形，与槽体内圆壁相吻合，其半径与槽体内圆半径一样。皮带轮通过轴（8）和轴承（7）用螺栓紧固在槽体（5）的两端槽面上。

Claims (2)

1、一种袋轮水轮机，其特征在于它由一个截面形状为半圆形的长槽体，一个支承在所述长槽体一端轴承内的主动皮带轮轴，一个支承在所述长槽体另一端轴承内的从动皮带轮轴，和绕在所述主动皮带轮轴和从动皮带轮轴上的环状平皮带组成，所述环状平皮带外圈面上排满了水袋，当皮带转入所述长槽体内时，所述水袋的开口朝向水流，所述水袋截面亦为半圆形，其外圆与所述长槽体的半圆形内侧壁吻合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的袋轮水轮机，其特征在于所述平皮带及水袋是用布料制做的。
