Abstract
本实用新型涉及除尘去污，特别是清除鞋底污物的清洁器。本实用新型提供了一种根除尘埃和污物污染场所来源的装置。其技术特征是一个由压杆、盖板、阀体、导管、弹簧和密封垫组成，能清除尘埃和污物的喷嘴装置。利用导管与有一定压力的水源相通，当压杆受人体重力作用于弹簧，使密封垫离开阀体，水便通过导管与阀体之间的间隙流入阀体空腔，再通过压杆的喷嘴孔，喷射到鞋底上，这样实现从尘埃和污物来源上根除的目的。
Description
本发明涉及一种除尘去污装置，特别是清洗鞋底污物的清洁器。
目前除尘去污装置与工具种类繁多，如扫帚，拖把，移动式吸尘器，固定式吸尘器和固定隔离式棕垫。这些除（吸）尘去污工具、吸尘器，主要是清除及不能彻底隔离干净，已受污染的环境，如：公共的厅、堂、馆、所及房间式场所中的尘埃和污物，都不是从尘埃和污物的来源去根除。
本发明的任务是提供一种除尘去污清洁器，它能清除鞋底（或车轮）的尘埃和污物，从根本上除去带入须防尘保洁的一切场所的尘埃和污物。
下面结合附图和实施，对本发明技术的描述：
附图1是本发明喷咀剖面原理图；
附图2是本发明清洁器整体平面俯视示意图。
现参照图1说明：导管（5）与有一定压力的水源接通。当压杆（1）受到人体重，通过鞋底（或车轮重）的作用力时，克服弹簧（6）的作用力，使其向下运动。这时密封垫（7）便离开阀体（3）导管（5）中有一定压力的水，通过阀体（3）与压杆（1）之间的间隙流入阀体（3）的空腔中，再通过压杆（1）中的喷咀孔（9）向外喷射水，当水遇到阻碍（鞋底或车轮）时，便喷射在鞋底上，因水沿着鞋底四面喷射流动，把鞋底的尘埃和污物清洁干净。污水通过盖板（2）上的孔（8）流入下水道，盖板四周沿边缘有保证污水流入下水道的通道。压杆（1）的重力除去后，在弹簧（6）的反作用力下恢复原状态，而完成整个清洗尘埃和污物的过程。
图2是本发明使用多个喷咀装在盖板（2）上，并开有多个孔（8）以接污水流入下水道通道，组成规格点阵式的整体形式。人脚最多只能踏（复盖）2个压杆（1）。
图1中的小导管（4）是另一种结构形式适用于清除车轮（或面积较大的物体）的清洁器。
Claims (4)
1、一种除尘去污的清洁器，由压杆(1)、盖板(2)、阀体(3)、小导管(4)、导管(5)、弹簧(6)和密封垫(7)组成，其特征在于：
a)所说的盖板(2)上安装压杆(1)，开有排污水的孔道(8)；
b)其压杆(1)中开有喷咀孔(9)。
2、按权利要求1的清洁器，其特征是压杆（1）中喷咀孔（9）的一端与盖板（2）外面相通，另一端与阀体（3）相通。
3、按权利要求1的清洁器，其特征是压杆（1）、阀体（3）、弹簧（6）、密封垫（7）构成一个自动关闭的阀门。
4、按权利要求1、2或3的清洁器，其特征是小导管（4）的一端与盖板（2）外面相通，另一端与阀体（3）相通。
