Abstract

一种温度指示型调温开关,属于家用电器用温度调节装置,特别是用于电熨斗上,防止温度失控的温度指示型调温装置。本实用新型通过双金属温度计在温场内测试,在温度指示盘上直观被测电热体温度指示值,从而避免熨坏衣料。为了使温度计壳体与原调温旋钮保持调温一致性,采用了杠杆微调结构,不但能微调到准确的温度值,而且能使调温旋钮达到与温度值同步的要求,提高了电熨斗等家用电器的使用效果。

Description

本实用新型属于家用电器用温度调节装置,特别是用于电熨斗上,防止温度失控的温度指示型调温装置。
目前用于电熨斗等家用电器上的调温开关,在使用一段时间后,由于贮能弹簧产生疲劳,使温度波动范围可能超过20℃。如果调温旋钮松动,控温范围就会失准,从而失去了良好的调温效果,严重的甚至熨坏衣料。
本实用新型的任务是改变现有调温开关的结构,将温度指示计与调温开关相结合,成为温度指示型调温开关,以解决温度波动大和意外失控的问题。
为此,本实用新型在现有调温开关的基础上增加了温度指示系统,管螺旋热敏双金属元件固定在旋转套筒与固定连接管内,热气流由固紧连接管下部管口流入,使管螺旋热敏双金属元件能够绕轴线旋转,并带动芯轴和指针转动,在温度指示盘上指示出被测温度值。为了使温度值指示准确,必须把管螺旋热敏双金属元件全部置于温场内,因此采用杠杆微调结构,用连接销将调温杠杆安装在绞链支架式的开关连接座上,温度微调螺钉和瓷杆压头装在调温杠杆上完成对微量误差值的修正。
本实用新型的优点是能够准确地指示出温度值,一般误差为±5℃便于使用者直观,判断是否符合使用要求。其结构合理,使用方便,不需改变现有电熨斗的结构和尺寸。另外,采用本实用新型的特征和结构,配制管子长短不同的杆式温度计,可用于电烤箱、家用冷热风机等其他家用电器。本实用新型的另件数量虽比普通调温开关稍有增加,但使用时安全可靠,从而提高了家用电器的使用效果。

下面给出本实用新型的一个实施例:参见图1,调温旋钮(1)由塑料压铸而成,其内部装有防护玻璃(2)并由旋钮紧固顶丝(4)固定在温度计壳体(5)上。温度计壳体(5)内装有温度指示盘(35)并由压盘光圈(3)与防护玻璃(2)压在一起。温度计壳体(5)与连接管(8)焊接或铆接在一起,装在旋转套筒(33)内并用温度计紧固顶丝(6)固紧。温度指示盘(35)的一端与指示盘连接管(34)铆接固紧,另一端与管螺旋热敏双金属元件(20)的一端焊接。芯轴(21)的一端开有一槽,与管螺旋热敏双金属元件(20)的另一端夹固,芯轴(21)的另一端装有指针(36)。旋转套筒(33)与固紧连接管(22)用M8×1.25的螺纹连接。固紧连接管(22)把开关连接座(11)、贮能弹簧座(13)、双金属片(15)静触点(17)、瓷垫圈(18)、(19)和(31)、垫圈(23)、瓷管(24)、电极连接片(25)和(29)铆紧固定。动触点(16)焊在贮能弹簧座(13)上并由瓷顶杆(14)传递双金属片(15)向贮能弹簧座(13)的力,同时动触点(16)与静触点的电流不致传给双金属片(15)及开关连接座(11),确保绝缘性能。在电极连接片(25)和(29)上装有电极螺钉(26)和(28)及垫圈(27)和(30)供电极接线固紧用。为了得到调温旋钮(1)与开关温度的同步性,采用调温杠杆(9),用连接销(10)将其安装在开关连接(11)上,其杠杆比与固紧连接管(22)及旋转套筒(33)的螺距相匹配,其微量误差值由调温杠杆(9)上的温度微调螺钉(7)及瓷杆压头(12)来修正,这样使温度指示与调温开关既保持一致又能起到绝缘作用,其螺纹与杠杆的关系是,现有调温开关旋钮螺距一般为0.8~1毫米,由开关断开位置至最高温度位置约为270度,移动距离为0.6~0.75毫米,实际使用温度范围为60~230℃,旋钮调整角度为180度,本实用新型的调温旋钮(1)与旋转套筒(33)连接在一起,其螺距为1.25毫米,调整角度最大为310度,由限位销(32)来限位,杠杆比为5:3,其关系式为 1.25/360 ×310× 3/5 =0.65,与移动距离0.6~0.75比较,0.6<0.65<0.75,此值完全在调整范围内,其误差值用温度微调螺钉(7)完全可以修正。
以上结构的温度指示型调温开关,除用闪动开关组合外,也可用缓动开关组合,同样能够达到温度指示调温的目的。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于家用电器、特别是用于电熨斗上的温度指示型调温开关,包括调温旋钮(1)、温度微调螺钉(7)、开关连接座(11)、瓷杆压头(12)、双金属片(15)、动触点(16)、静触点(17)、限位销(32),其特征在于该开关有温度指示系统,管螺旋热敏双金属元件(20)固定在旋转套筒(33)与固定连接管(22)内,所说的开关连接座(11)为绞链支架式的,该开关连接座上装有用连接销(10)连接的调温杠杆(9),所说的温度微调螺钉(7)和瓷杆压头(12)装在该调温杠杆上。
2、根据权利要求1所说的温度指示型调温开关,其特征在于调温杠杆(9)在长度上按5:3的杠杆比与旋转套筒(33)的螺距相匹配,调温旋钮(1)的螺距为1.25毫米。
3、根据权利要求1所说的温度指示型调温开关,其特征在于调温旋钮(1)上有带指针(36)的温度指示盘(35)。
4、根据权利要求1所说的温度指示型调温开关,其特征在于用闪动或缓动的开关组合。
