Abstract

金属薄片坯件包括一根撕开条,延伸在设计好 的相应裂纹或划痕线之间。在撕开条的终端部有一 横向划痕,位于紧靠相应坯件的边缘处。横向划痕延 伸于预先划线设计的裂纹之间,裂纹线一直延伸至增 宽的舌部内。因而,当薄片边缘焊接在一起时形成一 打开罐头的起始部,并使起始部通过焊缝撕开罐头时 不发生任何困难。

Description

本发明一般地和生产金属罐头有关,进而有关于用薄片金属板坯件生产金属薄片罐头的罐头壳。这种金属壳可用侧向延压或搭接焊缝制作,金属壳上有一在两条基本平行的预划痕线之间环绕园周方向延伸并有一个越过焊缝延伸的自由舌片状的起始端的撕开条。
上述类型金属薄片罐头制作中的一个问题是如何安置撕开条,而且尽管有侧焊缝,仍可用开罐钥匙简便安全地打开罐头。
目前已知的设计中撕开条的起始端舌部和延伸在两条划痕间的撕条部分宽度相同,这种结构显示出一种危险,即当越过焊缝后(用机械破坏方式),实际破裂线不沿设计好的划痕前进,以及至少有一条实际破裂线偏离预定的设计划痕。这种不期望发生的撕裂线往往呈三角形向内偏向另一条设计划痕,或偏向第二条不期望发生的撕裂线。显然这将导致撕裂条的过早断裂,如果不借用其它工具就不可能继续打开罐头。
因此本发明的总的目的是提供一个金属薄片坯件,包括一个撕开条,可恰当满意地撕开而不影响焊接侧缝的质量。
发明的另一个目的是提供生产金属薄片罐头的金属薄片坯件,在紧靠罐头侧接缝处有一个舌片,其特点是其宽度超过随后形成的撕裂条的宽度,而预先划好的裂纹或划痕分别延伸进入舌部。
当用侧向延压机或搭接法在高度匀一的焊接材料上加工焊缝来生产薄板金属壳体时,这种金属薄片坯件的设计可允许在远离舌部的一般部位进行无瑕焊接。而舌片或撕开条部分相应地采用冷焊技术,因为这个部位接触面积增大,传递阻力增大。冷焊成形法使罐头的打开不成问题。
为确保舌片区的可靠焊接,可采用适当的焊接程序(在限定时间内增加电流,即在舌片区)。
由于划痕已存在于加宽的舌片上,并实际上直线地延伸通过焊缝,实际撕开线最初也向内偏时,但最后仍终止在预先划线设计的相应裂纹或划痕上。
本发明金属薄片坯件的一个最佳实施例包括位于撕开条或相应金属薄片坯件的末端的划痕,相应地位于舌部的对面,延伸,横向或侧向位于预先划线设计的相应的裂纹线之间。
这条横向划痕最好位于构成金属薄壳外表面的金属薄片坯件的一侧。
这个措施实际上可解决本发明的总目的,但是上面揭示的金属薄片坯件的设计作了巨大的改进,其中为限定撕开或撕下的相应条而设计的撕开线延伸入舌部。
因此这条横向划痕最好与金属薄片坯件的毗邻边缘基本平行地延伸,其距离至少和将焊接在一起的金属薄片坯件两个边缘的重合部分一样大。
这条紧挨着焊缝的横向划痕防止舌部完全贴在舌下的片状金属壁上,因此在达到这个区域时,焊接参数仅发生微小的变化。
这就保证了整个焊缝的广泛匀一性。
为了密封焊接,在靠近横向划痕处必须应用高焊压力,这又使撕裂区形成非常均匀的材料。由于形成起始端开口部的横向划痕以及这种极均匀的可以毫无困难地被撕开的焊缝的存在,也再次保证经过焊缝后的裂缝沿着设计的限定撕下条的相应的裂纹或划痕线撕开。
在参考下列给出详细描述的附图后,将比以上陈述更好地理解和掌握本发明。其描述可参照下面的附图。
图1显示了根据本发明设计的金属薄片坯件的顶视图。
图2由图1所示的坯件制作成的金属薄壳的侧视图。

图1显示了根据本发明设计的金属薄片坯件1,其上有两条互相平行的预先设计的划痕线纹,相应为线3,4,这两条线延伸在坯件的整个长度上,并限定了位于它们之间的撕开条2。这一划痕的截面最好呈V形。其最深处大约位于金属薄板厚度的中心(即依赖于金属薄板的厚度)。为了让撕开条2沿设计的裂纹线3、4撕开,撕开条包括一个其宽度超过跟在其后的撕开条2的宽度的舌部5。两条预先划好的裂纹线3、4一直沿伸到舌片5内。舌片5可以与一个适当的钥匙连接(图内未专门显示)。
用坯件1焊接成的金属薄壳(图2),被用来制造罐头(充填后再装上顶和底片)。此罐头可以用一钥匙(图内未显示)打开。操作时先将钥匙与舌片连接,然后再按通常打开罐头的方法,撕下预先划纹的撕开条2。
图2显示了金属薄片坯件1用侧向延压机或搭接焊接侧缝7制成的罐头壳6。舌片5越过不间断的侧焊缝7自由伸出。(舌片或多或少紧贴在其下罐头壳的表面上)。
图3和4显示了焊缝7一般区域罐头壳壁的剖面图。图3显示了一般搭接在极为均匀的焊接,而图4是在舌片5区域的焊缝。这一区域是冷焊生成的,因为舌片5使区域增大从而增加了接触的阻力。因为采用冷焊,所以以后打开罐头时没有困难。
通过适当的焊接程序可以确保冷焊形成,程序中在舌片5区域增加焊接电流。
图5是图2中壳体6的局部放大图。可以很清楚地看到当拉起舌片5打开罐头时焊缝7是如何被突破或撕裂的。
从舌片5的外缘起始和延伸的可能的实际撕裂线(图内的虚线表示),向内偏通过焊缝7并且分别安全地终止在相应的预先划痕设计的撕裂线上。
采用这种金属薄片坯件制作并具有冷焊区作为开口裂隙的罐头可以用于包装容器和食品工业领域。
图6根据本发明的另一种金属薄片坯件的附图。这里舌片5可设计成撕开条2的直接延续部分,即它的宽度可以设计成和撕开条一样宽,或被设成比撕开条略微宽一些,正如实施例中所示。由于前述的原因,预先划痕设计的撕裂纹可延长到舌片内。这就保证撕过焊缝后实际撕裂线趋向设计撕裂线,并且随后沿着后者前进,而不至于损坏撕开条。
在这个示范的实例中已采用一个横向的划痕10达到此目的。划痕10位于撕开条2的末端或舌片5对面的金属薄片坯件边缘11,并在两条预先划痕设计的撕裂线3、4之间,以至和撕开条2宽度方向延伸。这一划痕最好位于罐壳1的壁的外表面上。
图7和图8分别是通过坯件1A-A和B-B线的剖面图,大致揭示了划痕的形状和大小。
图8揭示了位于距离边缘距离为d的横向划痕10。距离d要大于所选定的搭接焊接的宽度的搭接宽度,例如大0.2-2毫米。
图9显示了金属薄片坯件1用侧向延压机或相应地搭接的焊缝7制成的壳体。舌片5且连续焊接缝7后伸出并在或多或少平坦地靠在舌下的壳壁上。
图10是沿图9中C-C线的剖面局部放大图。在此显示了在均匀的焊接之前那打开罐头用的起始部分是如何放置的。因为舌片不可能完全地平坦地安置在壳上,所以相对于焊缝其它部分及以后的均匀焊缝的焊接参数只有微小的变化,在这一区域用较高焊接压力则又可改善之。(对于密封焊接)。此外,由于横向划痕10一起形成,所以均匀地焊接材料可以被撕通,而且实际撕裂线将随向设计的撕裂线。这一点由于把设计的划线3、4延伸到舌片5上而进一步得到保证。
由于采用这种坯件,所以可能生产各种用途的密封焊接罐头,并保证安全开罐。
这里图示和描述3本发明的最佳实施例。显然本发明并不仅仅限制于此,在本权利要求范围内,还可应用于各种各样实施例和实际中。

Claims (6)

1、一种金属薄片坯件,用于生产金属罐头的金属薄壳体,其中金属薄壳是用侧压机焊接或搭接焊制成的,这个壳具有一个在两条基本平行的预先划定的裂纹或划痕线之间且沿外周延伸的撕开条,该条有一个其形状如一自由舌片并伸过焊缝的起始部分,所述的舌片的宽度至少在其接近焊缝处大于随后撕开条的宽度,并且上述预先划出痕迹的相应裂纹或划痕线一直延伸至上述舌片内。
2、权利要求1中的金属薄片壳,其中有一延伸在两条上述相应裂纹或划痕线之间的横向划痕,这一横向划痕位于紧靠着撕开条末端或坯件的边缘相应于所述舌片的对面。
3、权利要求2中所述的金属薄片壳,其中横向划痕位于金属薄片坯件上构成了所述壳体的外表面的一侧。

6、一种制造可用钥匙操作撕下预先划痕的撕开条从而打开的焊接金属薄片罐头方法包括:采用侧压机或搭接焊接制成金属薄片坯件件,以及使上述坯件带有一条撕开条,它在两条基本平行的预先划定的相应裂纹或划痕线之间沿外周延伸,该撕开条具有延伸在焊缝之外的自由舌状起始端,所述的舌片至少在紧靠着焊缝处的宽度大于随后的撕开条和所述的预先划痕的相应的裂纹或划痕线的宽度,并使所述的舌片部的宽度至少在接近所构成的焊缝处,大于随后撕开条的宽度,并且上述预先划出的相应的裂纹或划痕的长度使之可延伸至所述舌片中。
