Abstract
制做胶背地毯纹样的新型叉股润色方法是用配染的８组“中间色”纱线进行叉股润色。深色层和浅色层用２种色纱组成；润色层用３－４种色相相同、色阶间距离相等的色纱组成，每个栽绒头有４根毛纱，使用本发明制做的毯面纹样增加片凸工序后其毯面纹样的润色过渡自然、色调对比柔和、纹样立体感明显。
Description
本发明是一种制做胶背地毯纹样的叉股润色方法。
众所周知，制做胶背地毯纹样的原有叉股润色方法是由深至浅的过渡，深色层和浅色层都是用单色纱组成，润色层用2-3种色相相同，色阶间距离不等的甚至较大的单色纱组成，每个栽绒头有5根毛纱。
用这种方法制做的胶背地毯纹样其色调对比强烈，润色过渡不自然，再由于用这种方法制做的胶背地毯纹样只剪平不自然，再由于用这种方法制做的胶背地毯纹样只剪平不片凸，剪平后的毯面纹样厚度为4/10英寸，所以纹样没有立体感。
本发明的目的是提供一种制做胶背地毯纹样的新型叉股润色方法。用这种新型方法制做的胶背地毯纹样能达到色调对比柔和、润色过渡自然，并且剪平后再对毯面纹样增加片凸工序，纹样就会有明显的立体感。
按本发明所述的制做胶背地毯纹样的新型叉股润色方法是：先配染8组属于“中间色”的纱线，每组由5种色相相同，色阶间距离相等的单色纱组成，5种色纱由深至浅称为：1＃、2＃、3＃、1＃、5＃，这8组“中间色”纱线适合于做各种色底的地毯的纹样。
用这8组色纱按新型的叉股润色方法进行叉股润色;深色层和浅色层各用2种色纱组成，润色层用3-4种色相相同、色阶间距离相等的色纱组成，每个栽绒头有4根毛纱。下列数学式表示这种新型的叉股润色方法（式中的1＃-5＃代表任何一组色纱中的5种由深至浅的色纱）：
深色层用（1＃×2）+（2＃×2）＝4根色纱组成。
深润色层用（1＃×1）+（2＃×1）+（3＃×1）+（4＃×1）＝4根色纱组成。
浅润色层用（3＃×2）+（4＃×1）+（5＃×１）＝4根色纱组成。
浅色层用（4＃×1）+（5＃×3）＝4根色纱组成。
把用这种方法制成的胶背地毯的毯面纹样剪平，剪平后的毯面纹样厚度为3.3/10-3.9/10英寸，然后再对毯面纹样的外片口和内片口进行片凸。
用上述方法制成的胶背地毯纹样其色调对比柔和，润色过渡自然，纹样有明显的立体感。
本发明的实施例如下：
一块待制做地毯纹样的基底布，该基底布上已画有如牡丹花和叶子构成的纹样。
首先配染8组每组由5种色相相同，色阶间距离相等的（1＃、2＃、3＃、4＃、5＃）单色纱组成的“中间色”纱线，这8组纱线的颜色是：第1组：土红（锈）色;第2组：赭石色;第3组：紫驼色;第4组：黄褐色;第5组：生褐色;第6组：土黄色;第7组：草绿（干绿）色;第8组：橄榄绿色。
用这8组“中间色”纱线中的土红色纱制做牡丹花，用草纱色纱制做叶子;从土红色纱中取1＃纱2根、2＃纱2根合起来共4根色纱来制做牡丹花中的深色层;从土红色纱中取1＃纱1根、2＃纱1根、3＃纱1根、4＃纱1根合起来共4根色纱来制做牡丹花中的深润色层;从土红色纱中取3＃纱2根、4＃纱1根、5＃纱1根合起来共4根色纱来制做牡丹花中的浅润色层;从土红色纱中取4＃纱1根、5＃纱3根合起来共4根色纱来制做牡丹花中的浅色层。从草绿色纱中取1＃纱2根、2＃纱两根合起来共4根色纱来制做叶子中的深色层;从草绿色纱中取1＃纱1根、2＃纱1根、3＃纱1根、4＃纱1根合起来共4根色纱来制做叶子中的深润色层;从草绿色纱中取3＃纱2根、4＃纱1根、5＃纱1根合起来共4根色纱来制做叶子中的浅润色层;从草绿色纱中取4＃纱1根、5＃纱3根合起来共4根色纱来制做叶子中的浅色层。
整个基底布上的牡丹花和叶子纹样制做完成后，便制成一块毯面纹样粗糙的地毯，接着把这块地毯面纹样剪平，剪平后的毯面纹样的最佳厚度为3.5/10英吋然后再对毯面上牡丹花和叶子纹样的外片口和内片口进行片凸。

1、一种用于制做胶背地毯纹样的叉股润色方法，本发明的特征在于，先配染8组“中间色”纱线，每组由5种色相相同，色阶间距离相等的单色纱组成，然后用这8组色纱线进行叉股润色，深色层和浅色层各用2种色纱组成，润色层用3～1种色相相同、色阶间距离相等的色纱组成，每个栽绒头有4根毛纱。
