Abstract

本发明属于机械阻尼装置,用于阀门(调节器)或其它机械机构中使其稳定工作,阻尼外界干扰,其特征是永久磁石与轭铁组成闭合磁回路。当内外永久磁石相对运动时,磁力线分布发生变化,实现磁阻尼。与同类磁阻尼器相比本发明磁路合理、结构紧凑,体积小、重量轻,不仅是吸力型磁阻尼器,又是复合式双向磁弹簧,既能用于常温又可用于超低温(-183℃)。

Description

本发明属于一种机械阻尼装置,用于阀门(调节器)和其它机械机构中使其工作稳定,迅速衰减外界干扰,实现阻尼效能。
本发明与其同类磁阻尼器相比。体积小、重量轻、结构紧揍、磁路合理,既是吸力型磁阻尼器,又是复合式双向推拉磁弹簧。
本发明的实施例见图1、图2。
本磁阻尼器由外环组件和内环组件构成。
外环组件由轭铁(1)、磁石(2)和导向件(5)构成。(磁阻尼器实施例2图2的导向件既是图2轭铁(1)本身)。
内环组件由磁石(3)、轭铁(4)、保护套(6)构成。
内环组件靠磁吸力组成磁阻尼器一体。当内外环组件相对运动时,磁力线的分布便发生变化,产生磁阻尼效能。
本发明又是能拉、能压的复合式双向磁弹簧,是可拆式的新型机械弹簧。

图1、图2中的永久磁石(2)、(3)相邻的两个磁石极性相反。

Claims (6)

1、本发明是一种机械阻尼装置,特别适用阀门(调节器)或其它机械机构中迅速阻尼外界干扰,使其工作稳定。由磁石(2)、轭铁(1)、导向件(5)组成的外环组件和由磁石(3)、轭铁(4)、保护件(6)组成的内环组件共同构成的本磁阻尼器,其特征是:由磁石(2)、(3)和轭铁(1)、(4)共同组成闭合磁回路。
2、根据权利1所述的装置,其特征是磁石(2)、(3)相邻磁石的极性相反。
3、根据权利1所述的装置,其特征是图1磁石(2)、(3)的磁场方向为径向。
4、根据权利1所述的装置,其特征是图2磁石(2)、(3)的磁场方向为轴向。
5、根据权利1所述的装置,其特征是磁石(2)、(3)材料为金属永久磁石。
6、根据权利1所述的装置,其特征是轭铁(1)、(4)材料为金属。
