Abstract

转塔蓄热型太阳能蔬菜育秧温室。温室由绝热的半圆形和三面采光的半六角形围护壁构成。室中转塔分层装有秧盘、配浇水管系。三个采光面设保温反光板。秧盘放营养土,布蔬菜种子即可生产。太阳能透过采光面入室,产生温室效应、提供光照,余热蓄存室中。秧盘存取、浇水、调位,只要打开采光门,转动转塔即可进行。白天放下保温反光板,将阳光反射入室,增加光热。晚上合上保温反光板、加强保温。本温室以太阳能为育秧主要能源,并设有辅助能源。

Description

本发明主要供菜农培育黄瓜、辣椒、茄子等蔬菜幼苗之用。
现有蔬菜育秧装置,大都在封闭式建筑屋内,有多层长方形框架、上放秧盘。秧苗生长所需光照和热能,由电灯、电炉提供。也有烧煤或烧柴禾供热。浇水时要取下秧盘方可进行。
本发明的任务是以太阳能作为蔬菜的育秧主要能源,可节约常规能源85%左右。
本发明的温室由绝热蓄热的半圆壁和半六角形的采光面组成,采光面设保温反光板。秧盘放在多层转塔架上,配浇水系统。秧盘放上营养土,布好种子即可生产。太阳辐射能透过采光面进入温室,产生温室效应,提供光照和热能。白天多余热量蓄存在室中,供夜晚之用。秧盘存取、浇水、调位等操作只要打开采光门,转动转塔即可进行。白天放下保温反光板,将阳光反射入室,增加光热。晚上合上保温反光板,减少热损。为防止连续阴雨、气温下降,设辅助能源。本发明具有太阳能利用率高,节约常规能源、操作方便、结构紧凑、占地小、投资少、工时省、成本低等特点。

最好实施方案:温室,半园壁(10)采用玻璃纤维混凝土三壁两槽构成(图3),外槽中悬铝箔帘,内槽放盐类相变蓄热材料或水。双层中空玻璃墙或门,选用光透射率高的玻璃,与框进行弹性密封。保温反光板,由双层中空纤维板、中悬铝箔帘作保温层,在其上再复一层聚脂镀铝薄膜作反光层(图4)。框架(11)用钢木结构,轴、秧盘架组成的转塔,用镀锌型钢,秧盘用钙塑制成。辅助能源,用铝制薄壁容器,盛装氧化钙,用时加水即可。条件适宜也可用电加热或放热水袋,转动转塔可用风力,电力或人力。

Claims (4)

1、转塔蓄热型太阳能蔬菜育秧温室,该温室由保温蓄热性外壁(10)和采光面(5固定采光面,12可开采光面)组成围护壁,内有多层秧盘架(1、3、4、6),并设有氧化钙加水作辅助能源。其特征在于:
A、所述的围护壁由半圆形外壁和半六角形采光面组成。
B、所述的采光面上(5、12)设有保温反光板。
2、根据权利要求1,所述的装置,其特征是半圆形外壁,由玻璃纤维混凝土制成,结构为三壁两槽。外槽中悬铝箔帘作保温层,内槽放蓄热材料。
3、根据权利要求1,所述的装置,其特征是保温反光板,由两层中空纤维板,中空处悬铝箔帘制成保温板。在水平状态的保温板上表面复一层聚脂镀铝膜作反光层。
4、根据权利要求1,所述的装置,其特征是秧盘的倾斜角为5~10℃。
