Abstract
本实用新型属于单侧固定的骨外固定医疗器械的改进。器械本身具有复位功能，与现有单侧固定的骨外固定器械相比，治疗股骨骨折不必另备骨折整复台和增像器X线机，对股骨粗隆间和粗隆下骨折的治疗不必超关节固定，还能作骨骺牵拉延长用。
Description
本实用新型属单侧骨外固定医疗器械的改进。
现有可作单侧固定的骨外固定器如霍夫曼（Hoffmann）器械，华格纳（Wagner）器械，巴斯的尼（Bastiani）器械，作股骨骨折复位都需专用骨折整复台和增像器X线机。而且霍夫曼（Hoffmann）器械固定性能差，一般只是作为胫骨骨折固定用（见J Bone Joint Surg〔Am〕1980；62－A：1264）。华格纳（Wagner）器械没有调节骨折旋转畸形装置（见J Bone Joint Surg〔Am〕1984；66－A：362）。巴斯的尼（Bastiani）器械因调节度小，作股骨粗隆下骨折固定的近侧二钉是超关节固定在髂骨上的（见J Bone Joint Surg〔Br〕1984；66－B：541）。本实用新型便是针对上述器械结构和性能的改进。

本实用新型的要点是：1.有二个调节性能相同的调节头，各可以调节侧向转动0－90度，调节向前、向后、向前旋转、向后旋转各为0－30度，每个方向都有独立的螺旋控制。2.连接架有不同长度规格，可以按需要选装和更換。3.拉压螺杆固定在连接架上，作骨折复位时，转动调节头上的螺旋调节装置，并调节拉压螺杆，使畸形的骨折得到复位（见图3）。因螺旋调节和牵拉有力，作股骨骨折复位不必需专用骨折整复台和增像器X线机。因调节度大，治疗股骨粗隆间和粗隆下骨折时，近侧二钉可以45度向股骨头进钉作骨折复位固定（见图4）。将一侧的调节头改变位装置在器械顶端，双侧使用可以作骨骺牵拉延长用（见图5）。
本实用新型与现有技术相比：1.使用本器械治疗股骨骨折和股骨粗隆间或粗隆下骨折、胫骨骨折就不必冒手术开刀的风险和痛苦。2.本器械自身具有作骨折复位功能，作股骨骨折复位不必需骨折整复台和增像器X线机，在设备条件较简单的医院亦能用本器械治疗骨折。3.治疗股骨粗隆下骨折不像巴斯的尼（Bastiani）器械那样作超关节固定。4.可作骨骺牵拉延长术。5.结构简单，造价低，重量轻。
Claims (3)
1、新型骨折复位体外固定器，其特征在于有二个调节头、连接架及固定连接架上的拉压螺杆。
2、根据权利要求1所述之调节头，其特征在于所述的侧向调节为0～90度，向前、向后、向前旋转、向后旋转各为0～30度。
3、根据权利要求1所述之连接架，其特征在于可以按需要更换不同长度。
