Abstract
一种用于终端设备定时询问型火警系统中的火警传感器,把很多传感器通过一条共同使用线路连到一个中央监测点上,并依照其各自地址,按时间顺序一一受到询问。在火警传感器中改进了一个地址设定部件,旋转数码地址设定开关同传感器其他部件一同装在印刷电路板上。供接触旋转数码开关的洞孔开在盒体上,其位置正好对着旋转数码开关。
Description
本发明是关于用在终端设备定时询问型火警系统中的火警传感器,在该系统中,连在同一条传感线路上的火警传感器是按照时序由火警信号接收器一一进行询问的,而被询问的火警传感器就将其火警感知结果传给火警信号接收器。更具体地讲,发明涉及的方面是上述火警传感器中的地址没定部分的结构。
新近曾经有人提出过一个有关火警警报系统的建议,建议在火警信号接收器上使用一个微型计算机或类似物,并把许多有着各自不同地址的火警传感器由一个共同使用的线路连接起来,通到火警信号接收器上。火警信号接收器按照时序接通各各火警传感器的地址,以探询其火警感知的结果。但是,为这许多火警传感器设定地址的专门方法在以前却还不曾有过。
在常用的地址设定结构的一例中,在火警传感器上备有一个地址设定开关。在组装火警传感器时,就以操作这个开关的方法来设定其地址。当想要改变其地址时,必须把火警传感器拆开,例如将其盖子拆下来,等等。这一作法相当麻烦,占用很多时间。
在依照本发明的火警传感器中,把旋转数码地址设定开关装在印刷电路板上,在电路板上还装有其他电路元件,供推动旋转数码开关用的洞孔开在盒体上,盒体正对着旋转数码开关。
前面所述的火警传感器设计,在火警传感器组装之后,能很容易地用改锥或类似工具,把地址加以设定或改变。
图1A是火警传感器的正视图,其中有几部分被切除,以展示其主要部件;
图1B是图1A所示火警传感器的底视图。
在下面将参考图1A和1B描述依照本发明火警传感器的一个进一步实施方案。图1A是一个用作火警传感器的烟雾传感器的切面图。图中显示烟雾传感器的主要部件。图1B是这个传感器的底视图。
如图1A和1B所示,火警传感器盒体D的外形由底座3和盖子2所决定。编号1表示的是烟流入传感器的几个洞孔;编号4指的是一个后盒体;编号5指的是连接板;7和8指的是旋转数码开关;9和10指的是后盒体4上开的洞孔,为的是使人能接触旋转数码开关。
需要备有的旋转数码开关(7和8)的数目决定于连在一个系统中的火警传感器D的数目。在本实施方案中,使用两个编为二进制的十六进制系统的旋转数码开关,以设定256个地址。如上所述,洞孔9和10是开在后盒体4上的,正对着旋转数码开关7和8,使得能用一个改锥插进孔洞9和10中,以转动旋转数码开关。
在组装有地址数据存储的传感器时,把旋转数码开关7和8装设在印刷电路板上,并象其他电路元件一样,用低温焊接法将其固定。在地址设定后,应当把洞孔9和10封固,以防旋转数码开关被未经允许的人转动。
从以上叙述可知,在按照本发明的火警传感器上,能从外面很方便地设定或更改地址,只需使用一个改锥或其他类似的工具。此外,开关被未经允许的人自外加以转动一事基本上没有这种可能。另外,本发明的火警传感器制造简单,成本低廉。
Claims (3)
1、一种火警传感器,包括:
一个火警传感器主体;
一个设在该火警传感器主体底部的印刷电路板;
一个装在该印刷电路板上的旋转数码地址设定开关;
一个覆盖该传感器主体、印刷电路板和旋转数码开关的盒体;
在该盒体上开有正对着旋转数码开关的洞孔,供转动旋转数码开关之用。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的火警传感器,其中的旋转数码地址设定开关按照编为二进制编码的十六进制系统进行工作。
3、一种如权利要求1所述的火警传感器,进一步包括封固上述洞孔的措施。
