Abstract
一种发泡型防火涂料。本发明属于无机、有机高分子成膜的复合涂料,是水溶性的涂料,它对已有的无机涂料和有机涂料的优缺点进行了扬长避短的综合。该涂料防火性能优异,可承受多次火焰作用,防火发泡层隔热性好,机械强度大,不易龟裂,不易脱落,涂层耐候性好。
涂料中的粘合剂同时可作为饰面漆,装饰性好,施工简易安全,综合成本低。适用木材及人造板等基材上,广泛用于各种建筑、国防建设、仓库等,是室内木结构防火与装饰的优良涂料。
Description
本发明属于无机高分子和有机高分子成膜材料的复合涂料。
防火涂料在世界上有两大类。一类是非发泡型的防火涂料如美国专利U.S.Patent 4.037.525发表的涂料。虽有很强的耐火与耐水性能,但隔热性不良,防火性能不高。另一类发泡型防火涂料,尤其当遇火时能形成蜂窝微泡结构的隔热层,隔热性能好,这类涂料通常是以有机高分子作为成膜材料,如日本专利昭和54-50033到54-50040的系列防火涂料,综合其配方和特征为:

聚醋酸乙烯乳液(或丙烯酸树脂乳液) 14~44
其他如硼砂、皂土、动物胶和水等 适量
该涂料隔热性优异,防火性能良好,但发泡隔热层机械强度低,易掉落,致使防火性能降低或失效,此外因烯类粘合剂和季戊四醇炭化剂成本较高。另外该涂料装饰性也不够理想。
本发明目的是为了使涂层既具有无机涂层的坚硬性,又具备有机涂层的弹韧性。同时获得优异的附着力与装饰性,发泡层既具有蜂窝微泡结构,又具备足够机械强度以适应火灾时风与火的冲击作用,因此采用无机高分子成膜材料与有机高分子成膜材料进行复合以达到上述的要求。
本发明作为磷铵 系水溶性的发泡防火涂料,其组分为:
粘结剂:脲醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂并用硅溶胶复合。
发泡剂:多聚磷酸铵、磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵并用。
炭化剂:淀粉、季戊四醇。
颜料或填料:钛白、硅粉、氢氧化铝、氧化铝。
辅助材料:糖类、醇类、尿素、水等。
其组分配比如下:(以重量计)
脲醛树脂 35~75
三聚氢胺甲醛树脂 5~35
硅溶胶 10~40
多聚磷酸铵 4~40
磷酸一铵 4~40
磷酸二铵 4~40
淀 粉(炭化剂) 20~25
季戊四醇(炭化剂) 0~5
钛白 8~16
硅粉 8~16
氧化铝和氢氧化铝 4~8
辅助材料:蔗糖、甲醇、乙醇、丙二醇、尿素、水等 约30
本发明经公安部四川消防科研所性能
定,防火性能为A级(最优等级),涂层机械强度大,在多次火焰冲击和冷热反复作用下产生密实蜂窝状微泡结构的隔热层不易龟裂,不易脱落,隔热性能优异,在耐候性上可于45℃100%湿度和二氧化碳气氛作用下,48小时涂层完整无缺。
另一优点是涂料中的粘合剂又可作饰面漆用,涂层具有瓷釉的光泽而无瓷质的脆性。该涂料附着力强30kg/8mm2具有抗潮性,还有一定的耐酸耐碱性,由于它以水为稀料,施工也方便、安全、综合造价低,本涂料主要用于木材、人造板,可广泛用于各种建筑、国防建设、各种仓库、石油、电力、地铁、船舶、车辆、文物保护、珍品贮存等方面。本涂料是室内木结构防火与装饰的优良涂料。
Claims (2)
1、磷系发泡型防火涂料由主要成份:粘合剂-三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,炭化剂-季戊四醇,发泡型-磷酸铵盐,颜料与填料-钛白,铝与硅的氧化物及辅助材料组成,其特征是:用硅溶胶复合的粘合剂中再加入脲醛树脂,占粘合剂重量百分比的35~75%,炭化剂中加入淀粉占炭化剂80~100%,发泡剂中以多聚磷酸铵,磷酸一铵,磷酸二铵并用,占涂料重量百分比的12~40%。
2、磷系发泡型防火涂料中的粘合剂,其特征是:该粘合剂是由脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、硅溶胶制成可作涂层的饰面漆。
