本发明为混凝土构件用中强钢丝及热轧盘条,其优点是可由热轧盘条直接冷拔而成中强钢丝,无需热处理。钢丝和盘条的主要化学成分为:C 0.15~0.28%,Mn 1.30~1.75%,Si 0.25~0.70%,S≤0.050%,P≤0.050%。
Description
本发明是一种用于制造予应力混凝土构件的中强钢丝及热轧盘条。
目前,制造予应力混凝土构件的配筋用钢丝,一般采用普通碳素结构钢热轧盘条,经冷拔后制成,其缺点是该钢丝强度偏低(抗拉强度大部分不足6.5公斤/毫米2),塑性也差,经常发生脆断,影响施工安全。由于钢丝强度偏低,只有增加配筋数量来保证构件的强度,故用普通碳素结构钢冷拔钢丝配筋的予应力混凝土构件含钢量大,为适应建筑业的需要,一些国家研制了高强度冷拔钢丝,作为予应力混凝土构件的配筋,如英国BS2691:1969钢,其化学成份是C0.60~0.90%,Mn0.50~0.90%,Si0.10~0.35%,其强度在160公斤/毫米2以上,但缺点是要经过热处理,能耗较高,工艺复杂。
本发明的目的是提供一种其主要化学成份为C0.15~0.78%,Mn1.30~1.75%,Si0.25~0.70%,S≤0.050%,P≤0.050%的钢丝,其特点在于不需要经过热处理,即可由热轧盘条直接冷拔成予应力混凝土构件用的中强钢丝,其抗拉强度不低于80公斤/毫米2。用这种钢丝制做的予应力混凝土构件,比用普通碳素结构钢冷拔钢丝制做的予应力混凝土构件,可节省钢材20%左右,由于强度高,施工安全可靠。与英国BS2691:1969高强度钢丝相比,本发明能节省能源,简化工艺。

1、一种用于制造予应力混凝土构件用中强冷拔钢丝的热轧盘条,其特征在于化学成份为(%),C0.15~0.28,Mn1.30~1.75,Si0.25~0.70,S≤0.050P≤0.050。
2、一种制造予应力混凝土构件用中强钢丝,其特征在于用化学成份为(%)CO.15~0.28,Mn1.30~1.75 Si0.25~0.70,S≤0.050,P≤0.050的热轧盘条冷拔制成。
