Abstract

本发明的集成电液控制阀是将一种电液控制阀同液控两通阀组合在同一阀体中,其各自的引出油口直接从阀体同油路板的结合面上引出,改变另行制作的油路板的油路和油路的液阻值,并将若干个单独的集成电液控制阀相叠加,即可得到适于各种不同用途的液压控制系统。

Description

液压控制电液集成块
本发明是一种液压回路控制元件。
长期以来液压回路的设计思想是用不同的,只具有专用单一功能的液压元件,组合成一个能完成一定任务的液压回路。在这种液压回路设计思想的指导下,现有液压回路控制元件的特征是将一些基本零件,园柱形螺旋弹簧或簧片,在不同位置径向截面上开有油口的园柱形套,带有台肩的细长园柱体和可控电磁铁,由制造厂以不同的油路和方式相连,封装在不同形状的一块金属体内,构成具有一种或二种固定功能的各种控制元件,如溢流阀、顺序阀、减压阀、调速阀、节流阀、溢流节流阀、单向阀、换向阀、电液伺服阀、电液比例阀……等。这样产品的品种繁多,不便于大规模生产,因此价格较贵,这是一。其二,用户只能按现有各种阀类元件所规定的功能,来使用液压技术,给液压技术的发展带来了阻碍。
本发明克服了上述之不足,其特征是将若干个独立的液管和电液管封装在一个扁平园柱块内而成的。在扁平园柱块的一个端平面上有液管和电液管的全部引出油口。另外还有穿通扁平园柱块两端面的4个油道,分别为进油道,主回油道和付回油道,泄油道。各引出油口之间,引出油口和油道之间的连接油路,是密集地制作在与电液集成块相分离的集成回路板上。由连接器把电液集成块和集成回路板紧密地叠加在一起,形成一个电液回路。只要将控制电信号加在电液管的引线上,就能控制该电液回路动作。
本发明的优点是,市场上只需供应单一的电液集成块系列产品,就可取代现有市场上供应的一切液压控制阀。这样不仅使产品单一(只生产电液集成块系列产品)。便于大规模生产,大大降低成本,而且用户只需自制集成回路板,很容易就能作成各种各样所需之电液回路,给液压技术的发展创造了有利的条件。另外由于采用了集成,因此其体积小,重量较轻,且美观。
根据本发明,将通过如下举例予以描述。

参见附图1所示的电液集成块,其为一个扁平园柱块〔7〕,内装5个液管和1个电液管。在扁平园柱块的一个端平面〔8〕上,沿园周分布着23个引出油口,每4个相邻的引出油口,如〔1〕,为一个液管的四个油口。另外有三个相邻的引出油口〔2〕,为一个电液管的油口。〔9〕是电液管电磁铁绕组引线。〔3〕、〔4〕和〔5〕、〔6〕分别为进油道、主付回油道、泄油道。
图2是液管的剖面图。将一个扁平园柱体〔13〕装在一个杯形套〔1〕中;在扁平园柱体两端与杯形套之间形成的两个密封腔〔14〕、〔15〕内,各装有一个锥形螺旋弹簧〔12〕,使扁平园柱体处于将杯形套柱形壁同一径向横截面上的四个油口〔2〕、〔8〕、〔9〕、〔10〕、(〔9〕、〔10〕两口在图中看不见,为前后两油口)刚好关闭的位置。当在两个密封腔中有压力差时,扁平园柱体发生移动,就可改变〔2〕、〔8〕、〔9〕、〔10〕四个油口的通流面积的大小。油口〔2〕、〔8〕通过杯形套外柱表面上的槽〔3〕、〔7〕和杯形套底部内的孔〔4〕相通。形成进油口;油口〔9〕、〔10〕通过杯形套外柱形表面上的前后两槽和杯形套底部内的孔〔5〕相通,形成出油口。在远离杯形套底部那端的柱形壁上和杯形套底部开有油口,分别与两密封底相通,形成液管的二个控制油口。在杯形套的底面上,开有四个油口,分别同进油口、出油口和两个控制油口相连。杯形套压入扁平园柱块内,并焊接固定之,杯形套底面上的油口就成为扁平园柱块端面上的引油出口。
图3是电液管的剖面图。在一个园周被固定的,由导磁材料做的弹性膜片〔5〕的一边中央,垂直固接着一个园柱体〔8〕;园柱体装在同一个径向截面上开有四个油口〔11〕的内套〔7〕内,并可作轴向移动,以改变油口通流面积的大小,弹性膜片的另一边,装有一个具有控制绕组〔2〕和非绕组〔3〕的电磁铁,其中非控制绕组也可用扁平的永久磁环来代替。〔1〕是铁芯。内套外表面上有油槽〔12〕,将左右两油口相连,作为进油口。外套〔6〕上前后开有两个油口,和内套上的前后两油口相对应,在外套外表面上有油槽〔13〕,将前后两油口相连,作为出油口。电液管的底面上有三个油口,两个与进出油口相通,一个是园柱体端部的泄油口,〔4〕是扁平园柱块,将内套和外套压入扁平园柱块后,这三个油口就成为扁平园柱块端面上的引出油口,〔10〕是泄油道,当绕组〔3〕通电后,园柱体被吸引向上移动,将进出油口关闭,这时,如果绕组〔2〕上有控制电信号,就会使园柱体作上下移动,改变油口的大小,图中〔9〕是固紧膜片的螺钉。

Claims (3)

1、一种由电液管和液管组成的电液集成块。其特征在于:将电液管和液管封装在一个扁平园柱块内。扁平园柱块的一个端面上有电液管和液管的全部引出油口。
2、如权利要求1所述的液管,其特征是:一个扁平园柱体装在一个杯形套中;在扁平园柱体两端与杯形套之间形成的两个密封腔内,各装有一个锥形螺旋弹簧,使扁平园柱体处于将杯形套柱形壁同一径向横截面上的四个油口刚好关闭的位置。
3、如权利要求1所述的电液管,其特征是:在一个园周被固定的,由导磁材料做的弹性膜片的一边中央,垂直固接着一个园柱体;园柱体装在同一个径向截面上开有四个油口的内套内,并可作轴向移动,以改变油口通流面积的大小;弹性膜片的另一边装有一个具有控制绕组和非控制绕组的电磁铁,其中非控制绕组也可用扁平的永久磁环来代替。
