Abstract
一种弧形砂箱，沿箱框内壁设有弧形钢板。用这种砂箱生产铸件时，弧形钢板受热膨胀，产生挤压铸件的力，使铸件在挤压力作用下凝固，从而解决了一般砂箱在生产铸件时，铸型退让，箱框受热膨胀，铸件随之胀大，缩孔、缩松严重的问题。
这种砂箱适用于厚大石墨铸铁件和沉缩严重的高大铸钢件。
Description
本发明属于铸造工艺装备。
采用一般砂箱生产铸件时，型砂退让和箱框受热膨胀，铸件随之胀大，从而增大了铸件的缩孔率，尤其是厚大铸件更为突出。针对上述缺点，提供了一种弧形砂箱。
附图一是弧形砂箱结构示意图（主视图），其中一为箱框，2为弧形钢板。
附图二是弧形砂箱结构示意图（俯视图），其中1为箱框，2为弧形钢板。
本发明的要点在于，沿箱框内壁设置弧形钢板。采用这种砂箱生产铸件时，弧形钢板受热膨胀，产生挤压铸件的力，使铸件因受到挤压力不至胀大，从而提高了铸件的内在质量。
砂箱的弧形钢板的厚度可为2mm～6mm，其形状可是园心角为90°的弧线。砂箱的箱框可用钢筋围制而成。
用这种砂箱生产石墨铸铁件时，能充分利用石墨化膨胀进行自身补缩。用于生产厚大石墨铸铁件效果更佳。
这种砂箱在用于生产高大铸钢件时，可抑制其沉缩。
Claims (5)
1、一种砂箱，具有箱框[1]，本发明的特征在于，沿箱框内壁设置弧形钢板[2]。
2、按照权利要求1所述的砂箱，其特征在于，弧形钢板〔2〕的厚度为2mm～6mm。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的砂箱，其特征在于，弧形钢板〔2〕的形状是园心角为90度的弧线。
4、按照权利要求1或2所述的砂箱，其特征在于，箱框用钢筋围制而成。
5、按照权利要求3所述的砂箱，其特征在于，箱框用钢筋围制而成。
