Abstract

芯油I型铸造粘结剂。本发明是对来源广泛的半干性与不干性植物油在150℃以下进行吹气氧化处理;然后将环球法软化点高达135℃~145℃的油性松香改性顺丁烯二酸树脂或松香改性酚醛树脂于160℃以下直接溶入,制成无溶剂及催干剂的烘焙型油质粘结剂。在铸造行业制作型芯时,粘结特性远超过渣油。改性米糠油、苍耳子油、橡胶子油等桐油代用品,而且与桐油全面相似。能等量取代桐油制作一二级复杂型芯。

Description

本发明属于铸造造型用油类粘结剂。
在合成树脂、油类、无机盐三类铸型和型芯粘结剂中,使用桐油、亚麻油等干性油所配制的型芯砂,具有高比强度。低工业毒害,高流动性及出砂性。低吸湿性,工艺稳定等综合优点。桐油至今是我国铸造行业中用量最大的制作一、二级复杂型芯的粘结剂,但桐油为重要经济物资,用作一次性消耗的粘结剂实属大材小用。多年来提倡在铸造行业革掉耗量极大的桐油,也出现过不少代用品。如油基松香铸造胶液、渣油、改性米糠油,苍耳子油、橡胶子油。胡麻子油等油质粘结剂,但它们的粘结特性远不如桐油,比强度至少比桐油低15~20%。至今为止,尚无一种油质粘结剂能在工作性能和工艺性能方面全面达到桐油(或亚麻油)水平,等量取代桐油粘结剂,以保证型芯性能和铸件质量不受影响。针对上述情况,本发明参考中华人民共和国石油化学工业部部颁标准(HG2-89-75)中有关油基涂料的吹气氧化与溶入树脂的现有技术,用独特工艺对来源广泛的半干性与不干性植物油进行改性。在无溶剂及催化干剂的情况下直接使用,可以全面取代铸造行业的桐油粘结剂并保证铸件质量不受影响。
半干性和不干性植物油主要由含二个双键的亚油酸及一个双键的油酸所组成。因此烘焙时的氧化聚合反应远不及含三个共轭双键桐酸的桐油。本发明的要点是对这类植物油在150℃以下进行有控制的吹气氧化处理。当羟值达15~30时,可以获得适度活性基团和共轭转化,但不致发生过度预聚合而损害终强度,因而可以提高烘焙固化速度与固化强度;在这种氧化油中,能在160℃以下顺利溶入环球法软化点高达135~145C的松香改性顺丁烯二酸树脂或松香改性酚醛树脂,进一步提高烘焙固化强度。由于严格控制吹气氧化程度,并且溶清高软化点树脂时,不必采用常规的260℃以上高温逐次冲油及熬炼手续,因而油基预聚合程度低,粘结特性受影响小,制品粘度不高,可以不加对粘结特性始终是有害的任何溶剂稀释而直接使用。例如半干性植物油与不干性植物油为75~85%,松香改性顺丁烯二酸树脂为25~15%所制成的芯油,其理化性能如下:比重(20℃)0.960~0.970,粘度(20℃)350~500厘泊,碘值大于120,酸值小于30,皂化值为180~200,机械杂质小于0.13%,凝固点为零下16℃。用这种粘结剂配制的型芯砂用与用桐油为粘结剂配制的型芯砂性能对比如下:

配比为大标准砂100%,油1.5%,混碾10分钟,芯油砂与桐油砂同炉烘焙。
从上看出,芯油Ⅰ型铸造粘结剂保留了油质粘结剂的一系列优点,比强度达到或略超过桐油。芯砂的流动性,抗蠕变性,抗吸湿性,爆热强度,发气性。出砂性等性能均与桐油全面相似。该粘结剂能在生产装备、配砂比例、制芯工艺、烘焙规范均不变的情况下。等量取代桐油制作一、二级复杂型芯,铸件合格率不受影响,而且获得更高的表面光洁度。芯油所含有害工业物质。按《污染源统一监测分析方法》测试结果,含量均低于允许范围。
本发明原材料来源广泛,价格远低于桐油。具有明显的经济效益。而从铸造行业取代出的桐油,将能提供更为显著的社会经济效益。本发明所采用的工艺亦可供油基涂料生产中使用。

Claims (1)

1、一种铸造用油质粘结剂。采用对植物油吹气氧化及溶入树脂的方法,其特性是在150℃以下将半干性与不干性植物油吹气氧化至羟值达15~30;然后在160℃以下将环球法软化点高达135~145℃的油溶性松香改性顺丁烯二酸树脂或松香改性酚醛树脂直接溶入。不需添加任何溶剂及催干剂。
