Abstract

本发明系水泥、混凝土复合膨胀剂,在制备混凝土和砂浆时,掺加6~12%,可制备补偿收缩混凝土或砂浆,增大掺加量,可制备自应力混凝土或砂浆。
膨胀熟料的适宜矿物组成为C3S50~70%,净CaO25~60%(其中40~70%被包裹),C4AF1~5%,C3A2~8%,在1400℃~1600℃烧成。
本发明是在膨胀熟料中加入15%以下的天然明矾石和10%以下的二水石膏粉磨而成的。

Description

本发明是一种复合型混凝土膨胀剂。
与本发明最相近的混凝土膨胀剂是用石灰质原料,粘土质原料和石膏按一定比例配制、煆烧、粉磨而成。如日本昭53-31170专利揭示膨胀水泥熟料组成物的制法硅率1.0~4.0,铁率0.5~4.0,熟料中净CaO为30~80%,结晶粒径超过15μ,在煆烧前加入10~20%石膏。以上技术存在的问题是:a,因生料中含有石膏,煆烧时回转窑易结圈,烧成工艺难以掌握。b,此种膨胀剂制成的混凝土和砂浆,密实度较差,抗渗性能和后期強度不佳。
本发明的任务是针对现有技术的不足之处,制成一种新的复合膨胀剂。
本发明是利用CaO水化时的体积膨胀及明矾石〔K2SO4,Al2(SO43,4Al(OH)3〕与Ca(OH)2,CaSO4作用形成钙矾石的膨胀作用,二者相互复合产生的效果。由于CaO的早期膨胀,水泥石的结构疏松,使后期強度有降低的趋势,而明矾石形成钙矾石的膨胀是通过液相进行的,它可以填塞CaO膨胀带来的孔隙,从而使水泥石结构密实,提高其后期強度及抗渗、抗裂性能。
本发明是用石灰质原料,粘土质原料及铁质原料按比例配成生料在1400℃~1600℃的温度下煆烧而成的。其生料配比:硅率为2~5,铁率为1~4,石灰饱和系数为1~3.5。
烧成的钙质膨胀熟料,其矿物组成为硅酸三钙C3S50~70%,净CaO25~60%(包裹率40~70%),铁铝酸四钙1~5%,铝酸三钙2~8%,CaO结晶尺寸15μ~50μ(净CaO为熟料中的全部CaO和SiO3、Al2O3、Fe2O3化合后剩余的量)。
在钙质膨胀熟料中加15%以下的天然明矾石和10%以下的二水石膏(也可用无水石膏代替二水石膏)共同粉磨到比表面积为2200±700cm2/g,即可制成复合膨胀剂。
配制混凝土和砂浆时,在普通水泥中掺入本发明6~12%,可制成收缩补偿混凝土和砂浆,增大加入量可制备自应力混凝土。与膨胀水泥相比,膨胀剂的用量少,使用灵活方便,节省运费,便于贮存,而复合型膨胀剂与目前最相近的膨胀剂比较,优点更为突出,这表现在①由于生料中不加石膏,烧成时,避免了窑内结圈现象;②提高了水泥石及混凝土的密实性,抗渗性和后期強度;③利用10~25%的未煆烧材料,即能节省10~25%的水泥熟料,节省能源,降低了成本;④与硫铝酸钙膨胀剂相比,它的原料来源广,成本低。
实施本发明,取得的良好效果,可参考下面实施例。
实例,以石灰石和粘土配制成生料,在1480℃煆烧,熟料的净CaO结晶含量为33%,包裹率65.7%,CaO结晶尺寸15~40μ,熟料矿物组成如表1。

将此熟料按表3的比例,同明矾石和二水石膏共同粉磨至比面积2358cm2/g,制成混凝土复合膨胀剂。

以90%的普通水泥加入10%的本发明复合膨胀剂,制备砂浆和混凝土,进行膨胀和強度试验,采用3×3×25Cm限制膨胀模型作砂浆自应力试验,根据σ=μEg·εr计算自应力值(JC219-79)。采用不予约束的強度,试模尺寸4×4×16Cm(砂浆)和10×10×10Cm(混凝土)。砂浆试验采用20±2℃水中养护,混凝土采用雾室养护。试验结果见表4。

试验表明,掺入本发明制成的砂浆和混凝土具有良好的后期強度,1∶2砂浆可导入4~16Kg/cm2自应力值,使砂浆与混凝土处于受压状态,提高其抗裂、防渗能力。

Claims (9)

1、一种掺加到混凝土和水泥砂浆中的复合膨胀剂,其特征是在钙质膨胀熟料中加入一定比例的天然明矾石和石膏,将这些混合物共同研磨而成。
2、如权利要求1所说的复合膨胀剂,其特征是钙质膨胀熟料的矿物组成为硅酸三钙C3S50~70%,净CaO25~60%,(其中有40~70%为C3S相所包裹),铁铝酸四钙C4AF1~5%,铝酸三钙C3A2~8%。
3、如权利要求1所说的复合膨胀剂,其特征是钙质膨胀熟料中加入的明矾石和石膏的量是天然明矾石在15%以下,二水石膏在10%以下。
4、如权利要求1和3中所说的复合膨胀剂,其特征是组份中天然明矾石中的Al2O3含量不小于17%,SO3含量不小于17%。
5、如权利要求1和3中所说的复合膨胀剂,其特征是组份中的二水石膏SO3含量大于36%。
6、如权利要求5中所说的复合膨胀剂,其特征在于组份中的二水石膏可用无水石膏代替。
7、如权利要求1和3中所说的复合膨胀剂,其特征在于配方中加入2%以下的减水剂。
8、如权利要求1和2中所说的复合膨胀剂的制造方法,其特征在于钙质膨胀熟料的烧成温度为1400℃~1600℃。
9、如权利要求8所说的复合膨胀剂的制造方法,其特征在于混合共同粉磨到比表面积为2200±700cm3/g。
