Abstract

一种热桥丝式高温电雷管。用于地下勘探,尤其是油田深井所用的爆破器材。本发明是一种热桥丝式电雷管,它所用点火药、扩爆药、炸药是耐高温的改性苦味酸钾和改性氮化铅。其装药密度逐步增高。这种耐热雷管,在环境温度260℃(500°F)时能持续2小时后仍可靠引爆。该产品在20000伏,充电电容475微微法、串联电阻5000欧对脚一壳放电,产品仍不爆,防静电效果好。所用原材料来源广泛、价格便宜,制造工艺简单。

Description

一种热桥丝式高温电雷管
用于地下勘探,尤其是油田深井所用的爆破器材。
一般油井的深度不深时,用普通的电雷管即可,油井深度越深其温度越高。如5仟米的井下温度约为200℃,普通雷管就不能使用,必须采用高温电雷管。
根据现有技术资料来看,参阅1979年12月美国杜邦公司,所公开发表的资料,该公司所用E-114雷管,其高温性能是500°F(260℃)温度下,一小时能正常发火,其常规发火电流为1安培。它是一种普通的桥丝式雷管。它耐高温的时间太短。
本发明是用于油井深井开采石油,其高温性能优于杜邦公司E-114雷管。
本发明产品结构详见附图。
高温电雷管是由套管(1),脚线(2),铁管(3),其外径为φ6.7mm,内径为φ6.1mm,长为60mm,电极塞(4),材料为玻璃电极塞,直径为φ6.1-0.05mm高,两脚线中心距离为1.65mm。桥丝(5),点火药(6),扩爆药(7)炸药(8),底帽(9),材料可用铁、铝或镁铝合金。其尺寸外径为φ6.1mm,内径为φ5.1mm,高6±0.1mm,底厚0.1~0.15mm组成。
装药结构、装药条件及药的成份:装药工艺为倒装法。首先将焊好桥丝的玻璃电极塞装入管内,然后将管壳装入压药模内,装点火药(6)为改性苦味酸钾:系指加入晶型控制剂糊精其浓度为0.3%,含量不超过1~2%,经过严格的工艺条件而制得的颗粒状苦味酸钾晶体。未经晶型控制剂的苦味酸钾是针状晶体,不利于装药,且耐高温性能也差,以糊精为晶型控制剂制得颗粒状苦味酸钾,其分子式仍为〔C6H2(NO23OK〕。其药量150mg,压药压力250kg/cm2;第二层装药(7)装入改性氮化铅:系指经晶型控制剂羧甲基纤维钠其浓度为0.1%,含量不超过0.8~1.0%在反应过程中生成羧甲基纤维铅(胶性物质)以及酒石酸钠其浓度为0.5%、含量不超过0.5%为第二晶型控制剂。经过严格的工艺条件而制得改性氮化铅。该新品种的晶形为球形或椭园形聚合晶体,具有耐高温330℃以上的热性能。其分子式仍是〔Pb(N32〕。按此工艺制得的氮化铅具有耐高温不分解的性能,故称改性氮化铅。装药量250mg,再装改性苦味酸钾350mg,压药压力250kg/cm2;第三层装药(8),装改性苦味酸钾,药量450mg,压药压力475±25kg/cm2,并在装药底部扣一金属帽(9),起密封防潮作用。所用桥丝为镍铬丝,直径为φ0.04mm,电阻值为1.2~2欧姆。
当在雷管底端插入导爆索,用1安培直流电或220伏交流电通电后,雷管即爆炸,达到引爆导爆索的目的。该雷管的安全电流为400毫安。

贮在性能:通常贮存5年以上,雷管性能符合要求。
从上述可以看出:美国E-114雷管,在260℃时,只能耐热1小时,而本发明能耐2小时。
该产品在20000伏充电电容475微微法,串联电阻5000欧,对脚一壳放电,产品仍不爆,防静电效果良好。所用原材料来源广泛,价格便宜,制造工艺简单。

Claims (2)

1、一种用套管(1),脚线(2),壳体(3),电极塞(4),桥丝(5),点火药(6),扩爆药(7),炸药(8),底帽(9)组成的热桥丝式的高温电雷管,其特征在于:所设计的装药结构,接触桥丝一端的第一层装药为点火药,其成份为改性苦味酸钾(分子式(NO22C6H2OK),第二层装药是扩爆药(7)其成份为改性氮化铅,第三层装药是炸药(8)其成份为改性苦味酸钾,将上述药剂分别压装于壳体内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的热桥丝式高温电雷管,其特征在于:点火药和扩爆药,压药压力为250Kg/cm2,炸药的压药压力为475±25Kg/cm2
