Abstract

一种用于地下勘探热桥丝式高温电雷管,尤 其是油田深井所用的爆破器材。本发明是一种热 桥丝式电雷管,它所用点火药、扩爆药、炸药是 耐高温的改性苦味酸钾和改性氮化铅。其装药密 度逐步增高。这种耐热雷管,在环境温度260℃ (500°F)时能持续4小时后仍可靠引爆。该产品 在20000伏,充电电容475微微法、串联电阻5000 欧对脚一壳放电,产品仍不爆,防静电效果好。 所用原材料来源广泛、价格便宜,制造工艺简单。

Description

用于地下勘探,尤其是油田深井所用的爆破器材。
一般油井的深度不深时,用普通的电雷管即可,油井深度越深其温度越高。如5仟米的井下温度约为200℃,普通雷管就不能使用,必须采用高温电雷管。
根据现有技术资料来看,参阅1979年12月美国杜邦公司,所公开发表的资料,该公司所用E-114雷管,其高温性能是500°F(260℃)温度下,一小时能正常发火,其常规发火电流为1安培。它是一种普通的桥丝式电雷管。它耐高温的时间太短。
本发明是用于油井深井开采石油,其高温性能优于杜邦公司E-114雷管。
本发明产品结构详见附图。
高温电雷管是由套管(1),脚线(2),壳体(3),电极塞(4),桥丝(5),点火药(6),扩爆药(7),炸药(8),底帽(9)组成。
其装药结构及药的成份:第一层装药,即接触桥丝的一端的装药,其成份为改性的苦味酸钾(分子式(NO23C6H2OK);第二层装药是扩爆药(7),其成份为改性氮化铅,然后压药,其压药压力为250Kg/Cm2;第三层装药是炸药(8),其成份为改性苦味酸钾,压药压力为475±25Kg/Cm2,并在装药底部扣一金属底帽。所用桥丝为镍铬丝直径为φ0.04毫米,电阻值为1.2~2欧姆。
当在雷管底端插入导爆索,用1安培直流电或220伏交流电通电后,雷管即爆炸,达到引爆导爆索的目的。该雷管的安全电流为400毫安。

贮存性能:通常贮存5年以上,雷管性能符合要求。
从上述可以看出:美国E-114雷管,在260℃时,只能耐热一小时,而本发明能耐热四小时。
该产品在20000伏充电电容475微微法,串联电阻5000欧对脚-壳放电,产品仍不爆,防静电效果好。所用原材料来源广泛,价格便宜,制造工艺简单。

Claims (2)

1、一种用套管(1),脚线(2),壳体(3),电极塞(4),桥丝(5),点火药(6),扩爆药(7),炸药(8),底帽(9)组成的热桥丝式的高温电雷管,其特征在于:所设计的装药结构,接触桥丝一端的第一层装药为点火药,其成份为改性苦味酸钾(分子式(NO2)3C6H2OK),第二层装药是扩爆药(7)其成份为改性氮化铅,第三层装药是炸药(8)其成份为改性苦味酸钾,将上述药剂分别压装于壳体内,并在装药底部扣一金属底帽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的热桥丝式高温电雷管,其特征在于:点火药和扩爆药,压药压力为250Kg/Cm2,炸药的压药压力为475±25Kg/Cm2
