Abstract
一种低镍奥氏体球墨铸铁,其推荐成分为:
C 3~4%;Si 2~4%;Mn 3~16%;
Cu1~3.5%;Al0~4.5%;Ni0~10%。
该种球墨铸铁可比常规生产的奥氏体球墨铸铁成本下降15~25%。而其主要性能不变。由于该种球墨铸铁具有无磁性的特点,因而可代替一般可锻铸铁作为输电线路金具的材料。在10万公里的输电线路上每年至少可节电2.4亿度。
Description
本发明低镍奥氏体球墨铸铁属于铸造合金。
奥氏体球墨铸铁是一种重要的工程材料。目前世界上生产奥氏体球墨铸铁都是通过添加大量合金元素镍来实现。如美国、西德、苏联等国其国家标准中奥氏体球墨铸铁的镍含量为13~36%。由于含镍量高,使其成本增加,大大限制了奥氏体球墨铸铁的使用和推广。
本发明的目的是降低奥氏体球墨铸铁的成本。
本发明的构成是以铜、锰、铝等较便宜的合金元素来代替部分镍。
本发明的奥氏体球墨铸铁的成分可为:
C 3~4%;Si 2~4%;Mn 3~16%;
Cu 1~3.5%;Al 0~4.5%;Ni 0~10%。
按本发明推荐的成分生产奥氏体球墨铸铁其加镍量可减少30~50%,降低成本15~25%。
本发明的奥氏体球墨铸铁由于成本低,可用来制做输电线路的金具,代替一般的可锻铸铁金具。
由于奥氏体球墨铸铁无磁性,每个金具可以减少线路涡流发热损失40瓦。如果每年高峰用电时间以5000小时计,每公里输电线路使用该种金具12个,则每年10万公里输电线路上就可节电2.4亿度。

1、一种含镍、锰奥氏体球墨铸铁,其特征是以铜、铝等合金来代替部分镍。
2、按权项1所说的球墨铸铁,其特征是其成分为:
C 3~4%;Si 2~4%;Mn 3~16%;
Cu 1~3.5%;Al 0~4.5%;Ni 0~10%。
