发电机主要是由转子和定子构成，定子由一个个定子冲片叠合组成。定子冲片多为圆形，但是制造定子冲片的原材料一般都是方形的，把方形的原材料加工成圆形，对原材料的利用率就下降了，特别是随着机械加工的发展，对原材料需求也逐渐加大，也会使原材料的价格上升，就更需要提高对原材料的利用率。同时将方形的原材料加工成的定子，制成的发电机在功率上并不能达到最佳的效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种功率高、耗材低的发电机定子冲片。
本实用新型定子冲片为方形。
本实用新型在制造和使用的过程中，定子冲片为方形，一方面节约了原材料的损耗，节约了成本，同时由这些方形定子冲片组成的定子，也提高了由这些定子制成的发电机的输出功率，是同体积发电机的1.4倍。
