Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电机定子铁芯。本实用新型包括冲片本体（1），冲片本体（1）的中央设有转子孔（2），转子孔（2）四周设有嵌线槽（3）；所述的冲片本体（1）的外轮廓线（4）为圆弧状。本实用新型在同等电机铁芯材料的基础上，增加材料废料，提高材料的回收利用，从而降低了生产成本，具有非常理想的使用效果。

本实用新型涉及一种电机定子铁芯，属于电机加工领域。
背景技术
电机通常由定子、转子、端盖及轴承等部件构成。定子由定子铁芯、线包绕组、机座以及固定这些部分的其他结构件组成，其中定子铁芯的主要组成部分为冲片。如附图2所示，现有的冲片普遍为正方形，即冲片的外轮廓线普遍为直线，如何在该种结构的定子基础上节约材料、降低成本，成为了技术人员亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种电机定子铁芯。本实用新型在同等电机铁芯材料的基础上，增加废料，提高材料的回收利用，降低了生产成本，具有非常理想的使用效果。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种电机定子铁芯，包括冲片本体，冲片本体的中央设有转子孔，转子孔四周设有嵌线槽；所述的冲片本体的外轮廓线为圆弧状。
上述的电机定子铁芯中，所述的冲片本体的四角各设有一安装部，安装部上开设有安装孔，所述的安装部的外轮廓线也为圆弧状。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的冲片本体的外轮廓线为圆弧状，与外轮廓线为直线的现有的定子铁芯相比，本实用新型所用的材料更少，加工得到的废料更多，废料回收可以再进行加工，因此本实用新型减少加工材料的利用量，提高材料的回收利用，降低了生产成本，具有非常理想的使用效果。作为优选，本实用新型的安装部的外轮廓线也为圆弧状，同样可以起到减少加工材料的作用。

本实用新型的实施例。电机定子铁芯，如附图1所示，包括冲片本体1，冲片本体1的中央设有转子孔2，转子孔2四周设有嵌线槽3；所述的冲片本体1的外轮廓线4为圆弧状；所述的冲片本体1的四角各设有一安装部5，安装部5上开设有安装孔6，所述的安装部5的外轮廓线也为圆弧状。本实用新型的冲片本体的外轮廓线为圆弧状，与外轮廓线为直线的现有的定子铁芯相比，本实用新型所用的材料更少，加工得到的废料更多，废料回收可以再进行加工，因此本实用新型减少加工材料的利用量，提高材料的回收利用，降低了生产成本，具有非常理想的使用效果。作为优选，本实用新型的安装部的外轮廓线也为圆弧状，同样可以起到减少加工材料的作用。
