本实用新型涉及一种液体输送管,具体地说是一种具有抗菌自洁功能的纳米抗菌冷热饮用水管。
背景技术:
目前,饮用水输送水管大都为金属管和PVC管,金属管不仅不能杀菌消毒,还会对水造成二次污染,而且施工安装也不方便;PVC管也不具有杀菌消毒功能,而且本身还被欧美专家称为低毒产品。
发明内容:
鉴于上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有良好、便于施工安装且具有抗菌消毒功能的纳米抗菌冷热饮用水管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:其管壁分为内、外两层,外层是由耐高温中密度聚乙烯构成的实壁层,内层是由纳米抗菌剂构成的实壁层。采用全新接触型无机纳米抗菌机理,依靠金属离子的溶出和缓释破坏所接触的水介质中含有的细菌的细胞膜,导致细胞内容物渗出,停止代谢与生长,并因失去营养而死亡,从而达到抑菌、抗菌之目的。
本实用新型的优点是耐用高温,具有优异的柔韧性及可焊接性,因而便于施工安装,具有抑菌、抗菌功能,可有效地保证输送冷热饮用水的卫生条件,防止病菌及病毒对人体的传染。

具体实施方式:
由附图可知,本纳米抗菌冷热饮用水管的管壁分为内、外两层2、1,外层1是由PE-RT耐高温中密度聚乙烯构成的实壁层,内层2是采用安迪美TM牌纳米抗菌剂构成的实壁层。加工工艺属双层共挤而成。
