本实用新型涉及一种外置臭氧杀菌装置的桶装饮水机。本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、使用方便的外置臭氧杀菌装置的桶装饮水机，经消毒后的饮用水中不会含有臭氧，保证饮用水的卫生。解决该问题的技术方案是：外置臭氧杀菌装置的桶装饮水机，具有水桶、饮水机外壳、冷胆和聪明座，聪明座外套浮球，该浮球上对称布置分别与臭氧进气孔和空气进气孔相配合的单向阀A和单向阀B，其特征在于：所述臭氧进气孔通过臭氧管连接至固定在饮水机外壳上的臭氧发生器。本实用新型可用于家庭及办公场所。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种桶装饮水机，特别是一种外置臭氧杀菌装置的桶装饮水机，主要用于家庭及办公场所。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高，人们开始注意对于饮用水的卫生，现有饮水机中热胆产生的热水蒸汽经回气管进入冷胆，冷胆内水面以上部分温度升高，容易导致胆内细菌繁衍。于是市场上逐渐出现了各种各样带消毒杀菌装置的饮水机，专利号为200420081793.6的实用新型公开了一种带有臭氧杀菌系统的桶装水饮水机，含有水桶、冷水胆，其特征在于饮水机设有臭氧杀菌系统，系统包括冷水胆外面设有的臭氧发生器，冷水胆内底部设有的臭氧散发器，两者之间由柔性连接管相连，该系统还包括一个与冷水胆内腔相连通的活性碳罐。由于此结构的臭氧发生器是安装在冷水胆底部的，故只能对冷胆中的水进行杀毒，而不能对水面以上部分消毒，并且消毒后的水中可能含有微量的臭氧，饮用后可能会对人体产生不良影响。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：针对上述存在的问题提供一种结构简单、使用方便的外置臭氧杀菌装置的桶装饮水机，经消毒后的饮用水中不会含有臭氧，保证饮用水的卫生。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：外置臭氧杀菌装置的桶装饮水机，具有水桶、饮水机外壳、冷胆和聪明座，聪明座外套浮球，该浮球上对称布置分别与臭氧进气孔和空气进气孔相配合的单向阀A和单向阀B，其特征在于：所述臭氧进气孔通过臭氧管连接至固定在饮水机外壳上的臭氧发生器。
所述聪明座底部、浮球下方设有档环，其外径大于浮球的内径。
所述空气进气孔外侧设有空气过滤海绵。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型中臭氧发生器设在饮水机外部，其产生的臭氧对冷胆内水面以上的所有零部件进行杀菌，在保证消毒效果的前堤下，能做到消毒完成后饮用水中不含臭氧，从而提高了饮用水的卫生标准。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本实施例具有水桶1、饮水机外壳2、冷胆3和聪明座4，聪明座4外套浮球5，该浮球5上对称布置分别与臭氧进气孔7和空气进气孔11相配合的单向阀A6和单向阀B13，所述臭氧进气孔7通过臭氧管8连接至固定在饮水机外壳2外壁上的臭氧发生器9。正常工作时，臭氧发生器9产生臭氧，臭氧的输出量在产品出厂时就已设置好，臭氧发生器是一个通用的选配件，可按规格对机器进行组装。产生的臭氧依次通过臭氧管8和臭氧进气口7进入冷胆3内，对冷胆3内壁、塑料件表面和硅橡胶表面进行杀菌，此时水中不会含有臭氧。当水桶1发生破裂等意外时，冷胆3内水位失控不断上升，浮球5随水位上升不断上升，继而推动单向阀A6和单向阀B13分别堵住臭氧进气孔7和空气进气孔11，冷胆3内的水不会进入臭氧管8，有效保护了臭氧发生器9。
所述聪明座4底部、浮球5下方设有档环10，其外径大于浮球5的内径，以防止浮球5从聪明座4上脱落。
所述空气进气孔11外侧设有空气过滤海绵12。

1、一种外置臭氧杀菌装置的桶装饮水机，具有水桶(1)、饮水机外壳(2)、冷胆(3)和聪明座(4)，聪明座(4)外套浮球(5)，该浮球(5)上对称布置分别与臭氧进气孔(7)和空气进气孔(11)相配合的单向阀A(6)和单向阀B(13)，其特征在于：所述臭氧进气孔(7)通过臭氧管(8)连接至固定在饮水机外壳(2)上的臭氧发生器(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的外置臭氧杀菌装置的桶装饮水机，其特征在于：所述聪明座(4)底部、浮球(5)下方设有档环(10)，其外径大于浮球(5)的内径。
3、根据权利要求2所述的外置臭氧杀菌装置的桶装饮水机，其特征在于：所述空气进气孔(11)外侧设有空气过滤海绵(12)。
