本实用新型属照明装置的主要构件，具体涉及一种灯头，是对现有灯头的改进。
背景技术
现实生活、生产领域中，广泛使用灯头，而且有各种各样的造型供用户选用，深受用户欢迎，其不足的是现有一般使用的灯头，主要由绝缘体、导电片、灯壳组成，灯壳是整体结构，没有设置小孔，灯头在连续生产线中焊锡后装配灯泡时，由于高温产生的高气压不能排泄，本来未固化的焊锡容易脱落或融化，产生次品；另外由于灯头内部所产生的高气压不能排泄，造成灯壳变形，从而产生次品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供的一种灯壳上设置小孔的灯头，使灯头在连续生产线进行装配过程可降压降温，确保产品合格率。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列的措施来实现：
本实用新型的灯头包括置于灯头头部的绝缘体及导电片，置于灯头尾部的灯壳，在灯壳上设置小孔。
上述所述在灯壳上设置的小孔可为多个。
上述所述的灯头可为螺口式或卡口式。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点：
由于在灯壳上设置小孔，在连续生产线进行装配时，灯头内部所产生的空气压力能排泄，同时可降温，有利于连续生产线进行装配，提高成品率。

上述所述的灯头可为螺口式或卡口式。

1、一种由导电片(1)、绝缘体(2)、灯壳(3)组成的在灯壳上设置小孔的灯头，其特征在于该灯头还由小孔(4)组成，在灯壳(3)上设置小孔(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的在灯壳上设置小孔的灯头，其特征在于小孔(4)可为多个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的在灯壳上设置小孔的灯头，其特征在于灯头可为螺口式或卡口式。
