技术背景
传统的面板加工方式是人加工，费工费时，还需要购买线条等，造成成本高，近年也有人用修边机修边，其只能修平边，挖凹槽，且又限于修掉多余部分的边。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述不足，提供一种省工省料、降低成本的面板碰尖组件装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种面板碰尖组件装置，包括修边机，由机座及其上的修边机卡座和固定垫及角度调节支架、修边台面及其上的厚度调压板组成，其厚度调压板与修边台面组成修边槽，通过修边槽、修边机对面板棱缘进行修边。
所述的角度调节支架另一端与修边台面通过活动铰链连接；厚度调压板通过螺钉与台面上的滑槽连接。
将需要加工的板料的棱缘放进修边槽，用手轻推，经修边机修成需要的斜边，即可用于装修。本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，使用方便，机械操作省工省料，面板斜面与斜面直接相结合，不需要通过线条遮盖，降低成本。

如图1、2所示，一种面板碰尖组件装置，包括修边机，由机座1及其上的修边机卡座2和固定垫3及角度调节支架4、修边台面5及其上的厚度调压板6组成，其厚度调压板6与修边台面5组成修边槽7，通过修边槽7、修边机8对面板棱缘进行修边。
如图1、2所示，角度调节支架4另一端与修边台面5通过活动铰链11连接；厚度调压板6通过螺钉9与台面上的滑槽10连接。

1.一种面板碰尖组件装置，包括修边机，其特征在于：由机座(1)及其上的修边机卡座(2)和固定垫(3)及角度调节支架(4)、修边台面(5)及其上的厚度调压板(6)组成，其厚度调压板(6)与修边台面(5)组成修边槽(7)，通过修边槽(7)、修边机(8)对面板棱缘进行修边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面板碰尖组件装置，其特征在于：角度调节支架(4)另一端与修边台面(5)通过活动铰链(11)连接；厚度调压板(6)通过螺钉(9)与台面上的滑槽(10)连接。
