背景技术
沼气在农村有着广泛发展前景,曾经推广过沼气池的建造和使用,但是人们一般采用砖、石块或水泥砂浆砌制而成,或用模板水泥混凝土现浇沼气池,这科沼气池容易裂缝、漏水、漏气,达不到经久耐用的效果;并且建造工期长(约2~3周),既费工、费力、费时又费钱,直接影响农民建池的积极性,给沼气池的推广应用带来不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出一种结构简单,使用方便的沼气罐。
为此,本实用新型提供了一种沼气罐,包括有聚氯乙烯罐体,所述罐体的主体为圆桶状,其顶部为倒扣的锥状,且在锥尖处设有出气孔;主体的侧壁上设有料口。
所述料口为一个,与一斜向上料管相连通。
本实用新型有如下优点:结构简单容易成型,由高分子聚合物聚氯乙稀制成,重量轻,运输方便,且气密性好,顶部为倒扣的锥状,容易产生压力,利于使用;整个产品造价低,施工简便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种沼气罐,其罐体1采用聚氯乙烯材料制作而成,该罐体1的主体11部分为圆桶状,占地小而容量大,且耐压;罐体1的顶部为倒扣的锥顶12,在其锥尖处设有出气孔13;主体11的侧壁上设有一个进出料口2,与一个斜向上的料管3相连通,料管3的另一端稍高于出气孔13,方便沼气原料装入和排出沼气罐。
在实际使用中,也可根据需要设置两个料口:进料口和出料口,分别与两个斜向上设置的料管3相连通。
该沼气罐的安装非常方便,如图2所示,选择避风朝阳、上质较好的地方,挖一个比沼气罐稍大的坑槽,在坑槽的底部铺垫细黄土或细面砂整平,将罐体1放入坑中,校正平衡,用细黄土和细面砂分层填入压实,露出出气孔13;用导气管与出气孔13连通即可。
该罐体的主体11作为产生沼气的发酵仓,通过进出料口2装入原料,在发酵仓进行发酵,产生的沼气上升汇集在储气室,即锥顶12处,由于罐体顶部采用倒扣的锥状,储气室中的气压在锥尖即出气孔13处,存在较大的压力,通过导气管将沼气引到燃气灶等用具即可使用。发酵好的废料可作为肥料从进出料口2排出。
