Abstract

一种热泵热水器,由压缩机、热水交换器、毛细管和蒸发器组成,在热水交换器和毛细管之间接有辅助冷凝装置,在毛细管和压缩机之间接有制冷剂调节装置。随着季节的不同,环境温度会有很大的变化,为了达到同样的制热水效果,系统对制冷剂的需求量也在变化,当检测到系统内制冷剂多时,打开电磁阀,多余的制冷剂经过单向止回阀排入储液罐,当检测到系统内制冷剂少时,打开电磁阀,将储液罐内的制冷剂补回系统,从而达到对系统内制冷剂的调节作用。本实用新型节能、环保,在一年四季都可提供生活和商用的高温热水,既可制成小型机,用于家庭,又可制成中型机或大型机,用于服务行业或工业企业。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种热水器,尤其是能够四季制热水的一种热泵热水器。
背景技术
目前市面上出现的热泵热水器普遍是热泵技术基本原理的应用,它结构简单,热效率高,是很好的热水器替代产品。但其缺点是,1、系统内制冷剂加注量是一个固定值,当工作在四季不同的工况条件下时,只能保证某一个季节效率最佳,其它季节效率都有明显下降。2、加热过程是通过循环水泵将保温水箱里的冷水打入热泵热水器逐渐加热,最后达到用户所需温度的热水,这种方式加热时间长,加热效率随着热水温度的升高越来越低。3、受系统冷凝压力限制,热水温度最高只能达到60℃。
发明内容
为了克服热泵热水器现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种热泵热水器。该热泵热水器不仅能够制热水,而且在一年四季不同的环境温度下都能有最佳的热效率,其特点是结构简单,即时出热水,热水水温稳定,制热水效率高,最高能效比可达5.0。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:热泵热水器由压缩机、热水交换器、毛细管和蒸发器组成,在热水交换器和毛细管之间接有辅助冷凝装置,在毛细管和压缩机之间接有制冷剂调节装置。辅助冷凝装置由辅助冷凝器和电磁阀两端并联组成,其中一端与热水交换器连接,另一端与毛细管和电磁阀连接。制冷剂储液装置由两个电磁阀、单向止回阀和储液罐组成,其中一个电磁阀两端分别与压缩机和储液罐连接,储液罐另一端与单向止回阀出口连接,另一个电磁阀两端分别与单向止回阀入口和毛细管连接。在自来水进水口与热水交换器之间接有水电磁阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以在一年四季生产热水,所有工作状态制热水都可做到高效、节能,制热水最高效率是直接电加热的5倍,热水温度最高可达到90℃。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图并结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述。
如图所示,本实用新型由压缩机、热水交换器、毛细管和蒸发器组成,在热水交换器(1)和毛细管(6)之间接有辅助冷凝装置,在毛细管(6)和压缩机(11)之间接有制冷剂调节装置。辅助冷凝装置由辅助冷凝器(4)和电磁阀(3)两端并联组成,其中一端与热水交换器(1)连接,另一端与毛细管(6)和电磁阀(8)连接。制冷剂储液装置由电磁阀(7)、电磁阀(8)、单向止回阀(9)和储液罐(10)组成,电磁阀(7)两端分别与压缩机(11)和储液罐(10)连接,储液罐(10)另一端与单向止回阀(9)出口连接,单向止回阀(9)入口与电磁阀(8)连接,电磁阀(8)另一端与毛细管(6)连接。在自来水进水口与热水交换器(1)之间接有水电磁阀(2)。
本实用新型实施例的功能和控制原理如下:
1.启动。在图中,水电磁阀(2)关闭,电磁阀(3)、(7)和(8)关闭,从压缩机(11)排出的高温高压制冷工质气体进入热水交换器(1)释放热量,冷凝成低温高压的制冷工质液体,进入辅助冷凝器(4)进一步冷却,经毛细管(6)节流后进入蒸发器(5)蒸发吸收热量,蒸发后的低温低压制冷工质气体被压缩机(11)吸入,完成一个热泵循环。
2.运行。当热水温度第一次达到设定值时,打开电磁阀(3),制冷剂直接从电磁阀(3)通过,系统进入正常工作状态。随着系统的运行,热水交换器(1)内水温逐渐升高,当热水温度达到设定值时,打开水电磁阀(2),利用自来水的水压力将热水交换器(1)内热水送出。
3.制冷剂调节。随着季节的不同,环境温度会有很大的变化,为了达到同样的制热水效果,系统对制冷剂的需求量也在变化,当检测到系统内制冷剂多时,打开电磁阀(8),多余的制冷剂经过单向止回阀(9)排入储液罐(10),当检测到系统内制冷剂少时,打开电磁阀(7),将储液罐(10)内的制冷剂补回系统,从而达到对系统内制冷剂的调节作用。

1.一种热泵热水器,由压缩机、热水交换器、毛细管和蒸发器组成,其特征是:在热水交换器(1)和毛细管(6)之间接有辅助冷凝装置,在毛细管(6)和压缩机(11)之间接有制冷剂调节装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热泵热水器,其特征是:辅助冷凝装置由辅助冷凝器(4)和电磁阀(3)两端并联组成,其中一端与热水交换器(1)连接,另一端与毛细管(6)和电磁阀(8)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热泵热水器,其特征是:制冷剂调节装置由电磁阀(7)、电磁阀(8)、单向止回阀(9)和储液罐(10)组成,电磁阀(7)两端分别与压缩机(11)和储液罐(10)连接,储液罐(10)另一端与单向止回阀(9)出口连接,单向止回阀(9)入口与电磁阀(8)连接,电磁阀(8)另一端与毛细管(6)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热泵热水器,其特征是:在自来水进水口与热水交换器(1)之间接有水电磁阀(2)。
