本实用新型属于工具类，具体是墙体滚涂刷，它包括拉手、外管、内管、滚刷头部件，其特征在于：外管一端与一限位圈套接，另一端连着三通阀，外管内装有一活塞，活塞上装有两只O形密封圈，活塞同时连接着内管，内管的另一端连着拉手，在三通阀的一支路上装有流量调节阀，该支路的末端与滚刷头部件相连接，在倾斜的支路出口处装有单向阀芯、弹簧、封头及涂料吸嘴，涂料吸嘴配套有涂料汲取部件。本实用新型使用时，将涂料吸嘴插入到涂料汲取部件中的涂料汲取口，关闭流量调节阀，拉动拉手，吸入涂料；打开流量调节阀到适当位置，推动拉手，涂料即被送到涂刷滚筒内进行涂刷，操作者可根据所需涂刷速度，调节输出流量，避免涂料过多而产生流、滴、挂现象。

本实用新型属于工具类，具体是墙体滚涂刷。
背景技术
现有的内外墙粉刷用墙体滚涂刷一般有两种，一种是采用简单的刷头浸渍式，这种滚涂刷虽然结构简单、价格低廉，但操作时易产生涂料的流、滴、挂现象，影响使用效果；第二种是电动式墙体滚涂刷，这种结构的滚涂刷内部结构比较复杂，制造成本高，不够经济。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、易于操作、经济实用的墙体滚涂刷。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种墙体滚涂刷，包括拉手、外管、内管、滚刷头部件，其特征在于：外管一端与一限位圈套接，另一端连着三通阀，外管内装有一活塞，活塞上装有两只O形密封圈，活塞同时连接着内管，内管的另一端连着拉手，在三通阀的一支路上装有流量调节阀，该支路的末端与滚刷头部件相连接，在三通阀的倾斜支路出口处装有单向阀芯、弹簧、封头及涂料吸嘴，涂料吸嘴配套有涂料汲取部件。
本实用新型使用时，将涂料吸嘴插入到涂料汲取部件中的涂料汲取口，关闭流量调节阀，拉动拉手，吸入涂料；打开流量调节阀到适当位置，推动拉手，涂料即被送到涂刷滚筒内进行涂刷，操作者可根据所需涂刷速度，调节输出流量，避免涂料过多而产生流、滴、挂现象。本实用新型制造简单，结构合理，操作灵活方便，经济实用。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种墙体滚涂刷，包括拉手1、外管3、内管9、滚刷头部件4，其特征在于：外管3一端与一限位圈2套接，另一端连着三通阀5，外管3内装有一活塞8，活塞8上装有两只O形密封圈7，活塞8同时连接着内管9，内管9的另一端连着拉手1，拉动拉手1，活塞8可在外管3内滑动。如图3、4所示，在三通阀5的一支路上装有流量调节阀16，其一侧有球面垫圈18，另一侧有调节阀手柄6，通过O形圈17实现流量调节阀芯的两端与三通阀之间的密封，防止涂料的渗出，该支路的末端与滚刷头部件4相连接；在三通阀5的倾斜支路出口处装有单向阀芯13、弹簧14、封头12及涂料吸嘴11，单向阀芯13由螺套10旋合在倾斜支路的外螺纹上，利用O形圈15进行密封，涂料吸嘴11配套有涂料汲取部件。
如图5、6所示，本实用新型的涂料汲取器部件包括主体21，在主体的下部套有塑料软管20，其上部内孔装有锥形密封圈22，通过螺盖23与主体21旋合在一起，侧面弯臂的头部套有可360度转动的夹紧杆19，利用夹紧杆可将整个部件固定在盛装涂料的容器壁上，当涂料吸嘴插入锥形密封圈22内孔时，由于其内径比涂料吸嘴11的外径小，能产生抱紧力而达到密封作用，使涂料能顺利地被抽出。
如图7所示，涂料汲取部件插入盛装涂料的容器24时，将三通阀5的涂料吸嘴11插入涂料汲取口B内，同时将流量调节阀16旋至关闭位置，将拉手1往外拉即可汲取涂料，然后将涂料吸嘴11从涂料汲取口B内取出，并把流量调节阀16旋开，推动拉手1即可进行涂刷操作。
本实用新型的外管3采用透明塑料管，利于操作，而且成本低。
本实用新型的外管3与三通阀5间、内管9与活塞8间进行超声波焊接，确保密封。

Claims (2)

1、一种墙体滚涂刷，包括拉手(1)、外管(3)、内管(9)、滚刷头部件(4)，其特征在于：外管(3)一端与一限位圈(2)套接，另一端连着三通阀(5)，外管(3)内装有一活塞(8)，活塞(8)上装有两只O形密封圈(7)，活塞(8)同时连接着内管(9)，内管(9)的另一端连着拉手(1)；在三通阀(5)的一支路上装有流量调节阀(16)，该支路的末端与滚刷头部件(4)相连接；在三通阀(5)的倾斜支路出口处装有单向阀芯(13)、弹簧(14)、封头(12)及涂料吸嘴(11)，涂料吸嘴(11)配套有涂料汲取部件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的墙体滚涂刷，其特征在于：涂料汲取器部件包括主体(21)，在主体的下部套有塑料软管(20)，其上部内孔装有锥形密封圈(22)，通过螺盖(14)与主体(21)旋合在一起，侧面弯臂的头部套有可360度转动的夹紧杆(19)。
